The old man wanders out of the Chicago Partisans HQ and approaches the top of the steps.... Friends, I know our world has been hectic of late and many leaders have fallen. Today however, I feel a good thing in the air. As such, Skepta will be given the opportunity to run his own Sub Crew in Chicago. This man has proved to me over and over that he is ready for this step and it pleasures me greatly to push him out of my HQ and let him set up his own operation. I very much hope that this will give him the opportunity to prove he is ready to make the step up to owning his own city in the future. Fucking congratulations Skepta. You deserve this. Sticks a Partisans badge on Skepta and pushes him out of the HQ doors..... Now fuck off, and make sure you do me proud you little eejit. |

A Young man steps forwards and next to Cab_Tufting, looking around at the gathered people infront of him. He smiles and takes a deep breath before speaking Good day to every one, I am here today to introduce my self.. As you will all know, I have hardly had any interaction in the streets, but this will change over due time.. What I have come to do is announce the Sub Division that I have kindly been given teh chance to run by Cab_Tufting. I haven't come to make any promises about what I will and won't do.. As no one knows what could happen at any given time. I have come to tell you that I am going to work very very hard, and prove to my fellow Mafioso's that hard work really does pay off. I didn't plan to right a very long or boring speach so I won't keep you for much longer.. So again, I would like to thank Cab_Tufting for giving the opportunity, as we all know this isn't a every day thing. Now then, I would like introduce to you The Escobar Clique Thank you all for taking the time to listen! Skepta rushes back to his new Sub Division. |

I used to be against congratulating people in speeches like this, but seriously, I'm happy to see a new subcrew spring up, with you in charge of it. That being said...congrats. Best of luck to you and Chicago. |
