PlagueDoctor gathered what little effort he could and took to the streets to attempt to get something started:

“This past month has been filled of death, death, chaos, a little bit more death, and zero trust between cities from what I can really see. Every attempt to find some peace simply ended with a war. And this one now essentially solidified the fact that there isn’t much to look forward to. Unfortunate events continue to happen and they always end the exact same way: a war, a rebuild, another war, another rebuild, another mishap, another war.”

”If we made the Godfather Council to try and keep the peace, why has it not worked? Must every city be constantly forced to live on edge, without trust, without much sense of order, and constantly break its own purpose?”

”We fight within ourselves it’s reached a point where we pluck people off the streets, give them a gun, let them build up a little bit of themselves, and then send them off to die, or simply shoot them ourselves. This is no different than an actual world wide war, with no direction, no purpose, and no breaks.”

”The actions of some cities as of recently has put a label on them that continues to this day. We are now forced to live by labels of what cities have the most power, which have the least, which are the least trustworthy, and which are going to strike first.”

”What can we collectively do together to find some way to keep people working together? What can we do to cut down on the massacre of young people? What can we do to build some form of trust between each other enough to where we don’t have to completely wipe out one another over accidents?”

”We are driving people away from the country because this has been going on so long. Every year the same chaos comes over and over again with the exact same outcomes. We don’t have change, and because we don’t have change the same garbage continues to happen. People are killed over a mishap or mistrust, their sons and daughters try to rebuild their parents dreams, and once again its shot down.”

”What I can say for Philadelphia is that we have been dragged into something we never wanted in the first place. I am sorry that a face as terrible as this has been put on display for everyone to laugh at, but we’re all affected by this. Good friends are constantly lost over and over, and as they are lost we grow more and more distant from them. We constantly are forced to live through all of this on a daily basis when we know that all of this can be averted if we simply change something, talk out with someone, or let time pass. I am sorry for Javier throwing us into a hole we didn’t want in the first place, and I’m sorry that hole now expanded out to other cities.”

”I’ve got nothing I can do other than try and wipe out the gunk of poor relations, and none of this may mean anything anyway. But if we want to continue allowing fights to break out constantly, then we will never get anywhere with our lives. We won’t be able to get friendships that last for long times and won’t fade away. We won’t be able to make lasting memories, as all of these short lives are quickly surpassed by the next. We won’t be able to find solutions that actually work.”

”All I ask for is some change. Some way of bringing the cities together fairly, some way of staying loyal to your own city and loyal to the collection. The Godfather Council was a broken mask. We need solid frames, or we will never get anywhere with our lives.”

”I am a nobody. I’m a shmuck, a dope, and more likely a retard. But something needs to happen, because this won’t get us anywhere in the future. We were given a chance to rebuild and restart, but we’re throwing all of that away to continue the exact same path as before. So I’ll stop here, because rambling takes too long, and tell you one final time...”
