The streets were drenched crimson in blood, as Baal made his way to Paradise. He was on four legs today, his true form as it were, no need to hide with all the blood that had been spilt. He reached an open corner, and used one leg to tip over a milk crate, setting himself on it to give some more height. He let out a wallowing scream to get everyone’s attention, then began to speak.

Sorry for the interruption in your normal day to day lives. I have gathered you here today to make an announcement. Given the unemployment crisis that has hit our shores, I have been given authority by City Hall to set up a temporary living establishment here in Paradise. 

Baal scourged around in his shirt to pull out the finely rolled paper, presenting it to all. He then spoke again,

While this home will be temporary, I will not tolerate misbehavior. This is a home for you to learn, and to grow. I will help you to become anything you wish, and then we will find you permanent housing where you can flourish. Make no mistake, you will be safe here, and I will protect you with my life, and teach you with all of the knowledge that I have. 

Baal spread his arm-ish things wide, and then bowed to the crowd.
