Who can remember a time when Philly was headed up by Viktor?  I would be at home, in our Dacha, and my dad, CommissarZverez would come home, angry, and upset.  I would hear him hand his pistol to someone, telling them to get rid of it.

And why?

Because Viktor worked for Zverez, and would steal from him, forcing Zverez to kill one of Viktor's men.  All above board, of course, with a cover story.  But the real reason was that Viktor was greedy, was told what he could and could not do, and frequently broke the rules.

So, of course, his men paid the price.  Nine of them, in total, paid with their lives for the transgressions of their boss.

Who can remember Philly under Viktor?  Can anyone recall a time when a city lost so many men without doing anything about it?

A "leader" in name only, that's all he was.  

Oh I remember it quite well. The actual philly under Viktor, not this nonsense boat of lies you've sailed back into the country on.

Infamy is not fame son, and you'd do well to remember that if you ever dream to be half the leader Viktor, and 12 of his other kin, were.

Your immediate spouting of nonsensical idiocy, while not unexpected, confirms that your line learned nothing from their time in exile. You have no real remorse for what your family did. Before long you'll find yourself in another sticky situation and be right back where you were.

Forgotten by anyone that matters.
