Walking past the various city banks after the war EvilCLown- the younger was expecting to see many, many homeless cast aside and destitute, begging for scraps whilst keeping a very watchful eye on those old grannies walking by. Lint and bobby pins would be a resource in these desolate times, lint a valued commodity one of its uses being used as substitute toilet paper – apparently in short supply. It was with some astonishment, however, he noticed a queue of people outside the bank an ever revolving queue. One person got to the counter carried out a transaction and then returned to the back of the queue…. What could this be? Each time they went to the back of the queue a black van pulls up alongside them and a couple of burly bodyguards jump out and stand next to them in line… Where are they getting the funds for such protection at such an early age. The war ravaged the entire world billions should have been knocked out of the world ecomony. EvilClown- checks through the financial section in his newspaper: Total Available Cash In World: $1,900,000,000 “Incredible” he mutters to himself. Flicking back a number of days he notes that a very similar amount was available when the war started. So many dead and yet…. So many new civilians in this queue gradualy growing their bodyguard count. Where was this money coming from when things are so tight? He decides to join the queue and find out for himself.
He reaches the front, the teller there he doesn’t recognise never having seen him walk and talk in the streets, seemingly almost robotic like out of one of those new fangled science fiction talkies. With a strange metallic voice the teller states:
“What the fuck is this?” Says the Clown. He buys five. Without even blinking the teller states immediately:
“Fuck me….” The clown buys another 4. His ancestral pot of universal credits is meager in comparison with what he know others have available. “This can’t be right…. City hall is printing money!” He stands back and begins to note the people standing in the queue…. It’s no wonder where these people can get there money… the economy is rigged! Us lowlifes with no access to funds can never stand a chance! “Something must be done! But what?” The clown flounders for a moment, unsure of what he has discovered How can we ever think the dynamic in our world will change when the rich can remain rich whilst the poor never have a chance to gain from this ridiculous Quantitative easing. I need to make this public… I finally understand how the world economy works, its as bent as ours. The mayor is the biggest swindler there is, not only that the same families with the same multiple thousands of ancestral universal credits get to rinse and repeat every time… This is wrong?! |

Stinky walks up to EvilClown- and tops his barely kept together straw hat
"Howdy Clown! Back where I come from they call that an Economy Stimulus Package! I gotta be straight with you, when my banker lady told me that, I thought she was gettin' fresh with this old farmer. I mean she was, but thats not how I normally get down. Beggars can't be chossers... you know with either stimulus package!" Stinky steps into the back and grabs another bit of cash after selling some stock in his farm. "YEEHAW!!!" |
