After Tops had requested West to gather some friendly members of the press, he prepared a small speech and soonn he was ready to make a quick statement.

I am here to announce the arrival of a new place for the homeless.
40 Feet will soon open it's doors in a fancy new HQ in Paradise, Las Vegas.

He moderated his voice and continued

Tops clearly was annoyed by the fact that there actually was a reporter that was wondering about it; turning around he looked at Charles_Barkley, whispering

I thought West arranged some friendly, cooperative members of the press to come over?

Turning back, he semi-politely asked

What's the meaning of 40 feet? Is it the distance that Charles_Barkley can hit a 3 from?

Tops looked at BlackishRedd, wondering if he'd like to answer, but clearly, his look told Tops that he had no clue.

It's standard.
It's the standard size of a container. That is what we are, a container crew. I will do my best to let Charles_Barkley and BlackishRedd do their best to do the best we can.

there are rumours that you have gambling issues. Would it be uhm.. should I say risky to move to Las Vegas, of all places?

I really actually never thought of that, Tops lied, but you have a good point! It will be fun! The reason of our move there is that is the closest place to Utah, where Charles_Barkley actually wanted to be.

Penfold Tabloid – Questions for Street Beef.  Chuckster, what are your thoughts about being traded into Vegas?

It’s not my choice to be honest.  Tops told me he wanted to be my agent and he had a dream move for me.  Now I’m here I’ll give the franchise all I can.

Scoop McNotepad – You know there’s no real franchise?

You can diss the organisation all you like but Tops is here to do a great job and I’ll help all I can.  I’ve shown what I can bring to the three point arena.  I’ll be working on dunks or free throws when I’m here.

Penfold – When you say Tops is your agent, are you saying he’s getting a cut of what Vegas is paying you?

I’m not sure what the arrangement is.  West seemed to be happy to see the back of me.  Someone is paying me, I don’t care who as long as the millions end up in my bank.

Scoop – Any bad feelings with the way Seattle let you go?

Well I thought West or Cable might put up more of a fight.  Evelina is probably unaware of who I am to be fair.

Penfold – It seems by your body language that you’re not best pleased.

I’m very supportive of what Tops is trying to do.  If I’m the handsome face of this franchise then I’ve done my job.  No more questions, I have training to do.  Chyna has bigger muscles than me but I think my boobs are maybe bigger.

West wasn't sure what about nailing a note to a door gave Tops the impression that West knew any friendly members of the press, but rather than correct him decided to diligently ignore the request. He would tell Charles_Barkley that Tranquillity just needed the cap space, but really he was worried about the repercussions from the commissioner if anyone found out about Charles' three point line shenanigans. 

Congratulations to you both! I know that you'll be leading one of the most professional, serious and well organized families our world has seen since a certain bakery shut down. Hopefully you will still dedicate some of your 40 feet to serving pastries. 

And while this is clearly a devastating loss for Tranquillity we have decided to throw a party for some completely unrelated event that I must be getting back to. I wish you both the absolute best of luck!

Tops sometimes forgot how much Charles_Barkley liked the spotlights. The more spotlights were on him, the more honest he became, at least that's what Tops had noticed from the two occassions he compared. The one with the three point contest in Detroit, where noone was watching, and today's press conference..

But Tops would not complain about it. He had faith in his Right Hand and his communication skills.

West spoke, and he may have used a slight bit too much irony, but Tops could not hold his laughter when he heard about the professionalism and seriousness that he, Street Beef and BlackishRedd were supposed to be going to show.. He got himself together though, so he could reply..
