It had been a busy few days dealing with the fallout from the war in the Tranquillity headquarters, but finally everything was beginning to settle down and return to some semblance of normalcy. West was once again able to focus on the most enjoyable aspect of his work, rebuilding the city of Seattle and rewarding those who had shown the greatest loyalty and support for that shared goal.

It was with this in mind that he went to find Nipsey . 

It was no use trying to call him to the office as he never had a spare minute between all the work he put in earning and enforcing for the family. Eventually West was able to catch Nipsey for five minutes between jobs to give him the good news.

"Nipsey, I think it's about time you stopped putting in all this work for me and started reaping the rewards of your own effort. It's obvious that you're more than capable and I would love to see what you can do building your own family here in Seattle. No one could deserve it more than you. Not to mention I think it would give your Grandfather a kick to see you setting up alongside me, although it doesn't begin to repay the debt I owe him for giving me my start in this life.

I know you'll want to pick out your own spot, but I've heard there's some great places by the waterfront available at the moment!"

West reached out to shake Nipsey 's hand.

"And have you got a name in mind?"

Nipsey shook West's hand, and smiled.

"Thank you so much for this opportunity, boss. It's an honor to work with you and help grow the great city of Seattle. I'll continue to do my best and not let you down. Also, I always felt that this life of ours is not a sprint, it's a marathon. So the crew will be called The Marathon Continues."

After discussing business and enjoying a few drinks, Nipsey shook hands with West once more and left the Tranquility HQ.

Waterfront had a few prospective places that Nipsey was interested in and it was time to find a location for his new HQ.

From reading his father's journal, Brody knew of his father's time in Seattle. It spoke of how well he was treated by Don West and the fathers of Mr. Nipsey. As Brody finished rolling his joint, the announcement ended.

*Lights Joint*

"Whaddup Don. Whaddup Nip. Congrats to you both and Seattle as a whole. My father spoke highly of your operations. Because of this I wish you all the most success. I heard theres good bud and booze out here. Basically I'm saying when you see me down the waterfront, be sure to enjoy one with me.

Brody tips his joint in the air as he backs out of the spotlight. 

Congratulations.  The Waterfront is a prestigious venue, and I look forward to walking down it and visiting the businesses that will flourish under your command.

Spending the morning watching two grease monkey's service his beloved V8, Jezza decides to to a trip to Seattle to see his old friend Nipsey who he'd heard through the grapevine had been given the nod to set up his own family, with the manual work finally done (by someone else as usual) Jezza sets off on the log drive to Seattle.

Having stopped at least a dozen times to refuel and relieve himself whilst dodging the local law enforcement agencies, Jezza was finally approaching the city of Seattle, now he just had to work out where the hell a place called waterfront was, after probably driving down every street in the city he finally found Nipsey's compound.

Jumping out of his V8 Jezza made his way up to Nipsey's office, "Congratulations my friend it's great to see your family line operate your own business once more, I wish you all the best for the future and as always if there is anything I can do give me a shout" pulling out a bottle Bourbon Jezza orders one of Nipsey's man servants to go get a couple of glasses and proceeds to pour two shots "All the best brother"
