With Don West's approval, Nipsey set off to Waterfront to start his crew. After scouting around for a few hours, Nipsey found the perfect place... The Docks. There were several warehouses and buildings to allow for multiple operations. And being on the ocean, it was an optimal location for imports and exports.

A few weeks went by and the port renovation was complete. Crew members were stationed all across the docks as well as the surrounding area. Warehouses were converted to allow for marijuana grows, gun storage, drug storage and other necessities. Nipsey bought a few boats and also made room for cargo ships.

This was the first stage of Waterfront's transformation. 

Nipsey stepped out of his office and looked out to the ocean. He was excited to make some moves and take care of business. He turned around to his crew and bodyguards after lighting a cigar and held his glass of wine in the air.

"We did it, y'all! Welcome to Waterfront!"
