Fidd steps out into the street, noticing the werewolves and witches seemed to have vanished, he feels a bit more comfortable and starts handing out some flyers and talking to some of the passers-by, advertising his newly bought Headquarters and the need for workers.

"That's right, we're doing away with the traditional methods of the mob and bringing in the new."

A few people stop after overheareing this and huddle closer to listen in to Fidd's explanation to the man who wanted more clarification on how things were stepping away from tradition.

"Well, here at The Fiddlers I'm looking to change things up a bit and am looking for specific criteria in my employees.

So let me list off what we're after:

Social Influencers - Here at The Fiddlers we require 7 Social Influencers to take to the streets and business districts to spread the good word of The Fiddlers. These people will actively promote the good work we do here, as well as provide additional benefits to the crew such as the who's who of each city and will take an active role in specific cities.

The Muscle - Here at The Fiddlers we require 7 individuals who are considered to be experienced in a variety of combat, but who are completely dedicated in this area. These are the enforcers within The Fiddlers and will be considered as an elite part of the group. As such they will reap larger benefits as we will seek to protect those people who work to enforce the good word of The Fiddlers.

The Earners - Here at The Fiddlers we require 7 individuals who are dedicated to bringing in the cheese for the betterment of the family. The idea being that these people will help turn the cogs, as such, these people will also be allowed to reap larger benefits as they will be an integral part of funding the family and ensuring the safety of it through the employment of protection.

The Newbies - Here at The Fiddlers, we are looking for newer mobsters to this thing of our, the idea being that we will teach and develop them into one of the above with their own choosing. As such, a member of one of the above as well as upper structure will dedicate their time to this development. As such we require open and honesty and that those who fill this role do not try to exploit the good will that we will show them."

Nipper listened with interest to Fidd's announcement. He was naturally curious about what the new crew would bring to the loop.

"Fidd. I say conraturations to you on your new famiry. I am naturarry curious about what this new crew wirr bring to the roop. You say you want seven of this and seven of that, then seven of the other. But I sharp, I count. That stirr reave six praces reft open. What kind of peopre do you want for remaining six vacancy?"

The gold kimono unfolded to reveal a large hand holding an amazingly already lit cigarette. Deep red lips started puffing on it deeply. Nipper exhaled and sent clouds of smoke up through smoke-ring making curlers, into the air like a tiny smoke signal orchestra. He watched Fidd with interest. 

Chalk listens to Fidd talk about his new headquarters and what he expects of those people wishing to reside in it. He attempts to approach Fidd, awaiting his approval before his bodyguards will let him through.

”Congratulations on your new headquarters, Fidd. I hope your vision for your crew comes to fruition, it is a breath of fresh air to hear someone talk so openly about how they are going to conduct their business. It all sounds very good though so I hope it turns out the way you want it to.

”Let’s also hope that you’ve derived your family name from you love for a musical instrument, and it isn’t an indication of what you get up to in your ‘alone’ time!”

Chalk smirks, and nods to Fidd, allowing him to continue with his day. 

Well pointed out there by the funny talking man, well the idea being that the remaining vancancies are taken up by new mobsters and my upper structure.
