Dear Future Inhabitants of Philadelphia, It is with a heavy heart, and a backyard full of armed thugs that I write this. I didn't expect to find myself in Bella Vista. I was a lowly movie industry executive with a studio still under construction. I hadn't yet gotten to write the plot for my first movie, or even title it. Then war struck. The war to remove the Pollo regime of Chicago was hard fought. A well-armed and well-funded regime capital against the rest of this world. With tooth and nail did the resistance take down the man who had suppressed the good feelings of our countrymen and women. It took hours until hours turned to days, and the majority of the esteemed fathers and mothers of this world coated the streets and gutters with their blood. Days later, the living assumed the task of rebuilding this nation. We all know how that story went, with a mixed reaction to the homeless shelter initiative instituted by City Hall. However, it only took a little while for those organizations to be disbanded and their employees sent to the corners of this country to fill the work-halls, factories, and offices of reputable ownership. I was fortunate enough to have been kicked out of Los Angeles by the man known as Grin-07, and found refuge in Philadelphia. There in Philadelphia I fortunately enjoyed moderate success in recruiting and retaining a cast of high-class and fun individuals who I could call my employees and colleagues. The Paper Mill billboard soon replaced that of the Shanty Shack, signifying a shift from the transient to the concrete. At least, to a degree. We all know this world leaves little room for error and even less room for life. We all similarly know how many twitchy individuals there are out and about in this world. When people reach the top, they are even more twitchy. I won't pretend to have retained much power this go around. I won't pretend to have been a great speaker on the streets, whose thought-provoking comments led to a new renaissance. I won't pretend to have been a great statesman, whose silver tongue charmed even the most stringent of his enemies. I won't pretend to have been the next great general either. I've been a cog in this machine. The wheel of which keeps turning and will continue to keep turning. What I ask from you, my departing wishes, are to make this city better than how you found it. Right now, this place is rubble. Fire, to turn into ashes by the morning gust. My goal when I came here was to do the same thing as I hope you will. Philadelphia was a crater, part from the explosions and gunfire, part from a grave of their own design. When I took the position as a crew leader in Bella Vista, I wanted to revitalize this great district and city. Just because I die today, do not let that goal falter. Do not appoint someone to lead this great city who does not deserve it. Do not work for leaders who do not deserve your time and loyalty. Make this world a better place, not only through violence, but through peace. Let the next generation grow. Do not cut them down too early because of who they have been or the number of etchings along the side of this weapon. Instead, learn to get along. This world will not last long if we all decide our enemies will always be our enemies. My question to the future inhabitants of Philadelphia: Do you care? If you do not, then why are you here? Take care. Best, Robert Moore |

I kicked you out of LA? That's funny, because as I remember it, you just set yourself up in the midst of the conflict out of a shack. This was counterproductive as it meant you would draw heat which would potentially remove a much needed gun from our armoury, at a time when it was most needed, even as other leaders were disbanding to achieve the position you had previously occupied. You also didn't ask anyone if this was a smart thing to do, you just went ahead and did it. That's ok, we conceded, you tried during the war after all, so we decided to give you a shot. After things had settled down, I had spoken with West and it seemed like I was going to become the next RP Mayor of Hollywood, realising the dreams of the late Al-Capone, which had been so cruelly crushed by the Godfather Council some time before. After that discussion, I approached you, now incumbent in LA without authority, connections to the rest of us as LA were initially neutral until Pollo's disloyal RHM shot their leaders, or even benefit to the cause on account of the above. Still, as I said, you had helped us when we needed it before you stepped up unannounced and therefore, with the dire housing situation also in mind, I asked if you would like to stay up with me in LA. This was a goodwill gesture and as I recall, you said no. You wanted to speak to the other leaders and see what options you had. I said good luck to you and went about my business, establishing the Gang in Chicago whilst you moved to Philly. So, I am surprised that you would say this. If I had wanted to kick you out of LA, I would have said "beat it, RobertMoore, nobody gave you permission to do this" or some other similarly handsome command. I didn't say that though, did I? In fact, I didn't even move to LA myself, let alone decide who could or could not establish operations there. I let you do your thing whilst I did mine and forgot all about that conversation until you decided to lie about it here. Strange behaviour and not something I hope the future residents of Philly will tolerate from their next leaders. |

The war against Pollo was planned by you but fought by this entire country. I won't pretend to have had any portion of calling the shots in Los Angeles joining the war. Did I shoot people? Yes. I killed at least seven people for the cause. And we succeeded in the end. I set up as the last bastion of Los Angeles after everyone else was dead. Not against better advice, but because somebody was needed to invite the homeless. Needless to say all of them would have been executed without my stepping in. The first time you had ever privately messaged me was to tell me you were taking over Los Angeles. The city in which I had made my living and had seen my friends and colleagues die. I was not consulted in this decision, nor was I informed beforehand. I was authed by the late Magda following the assassination of UncleDrunky and the consequent political reshuffling. Your offer was coupled with the inquisition as to the suitability of my bloodline in your city. It seems to me you are more concerned with where people have been than how much potential people have. Anyway, by blindsiding me with this, you alienated me and disrespected the memory of the dead of Los Angeles. I packed my bags and planned to leave the city of angels for the city of brotherly love after receiving a warm invitation. Obviously you did not end up in Los Angeles, and the rest is history. I don't particularly understand the need for you to accuse me of lying about it. I might think it shows some sort of weak character, or likely someone who enjoys arguing, likely the later. I am glad you did not argue with my sentiment for the city. This gives me some hope for the future, and I hope you choose well. |

I'm accusing you of lying about it, because you are lying about it. You stated I kicked you out of Los Angeles when pretty much the opposite occurred; I offered you the opportunity to remain in Los Angeles, which you refused. There was no reason for you to falsely name me here at all, as it bore no relevance to the rest of your speech, other than to try and present me in a bad light. Regardless, I had no cause to privately message you before, because you had not acquired a HQ in a city without authorisation before nor had any impact upon me in any way. Dead people can't auth you as they are dead and their authority dies with them. In the middle of a war, best practice is to communicate with those around you before doing things, especially when they may be counterproductive. I didn't question the suitability of your bloodline, I was trying to get a feel for your level of experience, which is why I asked about your experience, not your predecessors identity. This seemed prudent seeing as you had just begun operations out of a shack, without speaking to anyone, in the middle of a war where one of the goals was to avoid acquiring heat, something you had just immediately achieved, further limiting our already depleted options. That didn't appear to be the action of an experienced person and I was trying to ascertain what level of assistance you would require going forwards. Academic, in the end, as you declined my offer. Now, I don't have any issue with your sentiment for the future and had you not needlessly name dropped me, I wouldn't have commented here at all. |

It may be of help to note I used the word 'fortunately' preceding your reference. I don't harbor ill will toward you as a result of both of our actions. |
