Angel hears a knock at the door, she stands and upon answering cannot see anybody.  She hears a cough near her knees and looks down.

To her surprise a small midget with an overly polished bald head is giving her the puppy dog eyes.  He is holding a suitcase that is almost the same size as him.

"The clown sends this." The midget gesticulates at the case.

"He says put it all on number 2."

Without saying another word the midget scuttles of using both his hands and feet to travel down the road...

Alright everyone we are looking for someone to take number 4 and this lottery will be drawn, and the lucky winner will have turned 1 million into 4.75 million. Twenty percent odds are not too shabby especially with this kind of money to be made here.

Now that all of the tickets have been bought for the Penthouse Lottery, I shall now draw the winner with the help of my assistant.

Angel puts all of the numbers into a hat and shakes them up, then motions for her assistant to draw a number. As the assistant reaches in, you hear the sharp intake of breath from the small crowd gathered. The number is pulled out and handed to Angel who reads it.
