No, what happened was a minor edit to rank requirements that altered some (not all) of the drug unit ranges. This means you'll have to do just a bit more work to regain that unit you lost. It's perfectly fine, and you haven't lost experience. You're exactly at the level of experience you were at before. The only difference is that the experience needed to get to the next level is a bit more.

You'll be fine. So, take a deep breath, go steal a poor old lady's purse, run a prostitution ring to cool your heels a bit, maybe pop down to the local pub, but at the end of the day you'll realize that it's not that bad. Little bit of work is all you need.
