It had been a long long week in The Instigator's HQ. @Reggie was driving everyone up the wall with his outrageous claims of his beard growing prowess and with the next shipment of booze ready to be moved out @gestra was getting edgy. He decided to have a word with the family Consigliere, @_________l_________ - but when he knocked on the door of his office he realised he'd gone to @__________I_________ instead.

"Next door buddy" came the the chuckling response from behind a copy of The Chicago Daily News.

Oh FFS! Those two drive me crazy! Finally he came to the right door and as he pushed on it he was slightly surprised to see that @_________l_________ was surrounded by the great and the good of Chicago. Even @Grin-07 had come to visit us in the South Side, whereas he usually liked to conduct his business from his own office.

"Ah @gestra, you're here!" Came the cheery welcome from behind @_________l_________'s desk. "I have some news for you!"

"@Reggie has been speaking with myself and @Grin-07 about the future of the South Side of Chicago. There's been excellent progress in some areas, but we think it could do with a little more spice in others. After much careful consideration @Reggie has decided that he'd like to pass over the reigns of day-to-day management to someone else and we decided that @__________I_________ errrr, sorry, no, I mean @_________l_________ would be the best man for the job. And on that note I'd like you to step up and help me with some of these duties. You won't be riding liquor up the highway tonight - pass that duty over to one of the Goomba's, you and I have more important things to do. So how does that sound?"

@gestra pondered this. It seemed like a sensible set-up. And thank god, no more beard chat.

"OK. I'm in...so what are we calling ourselves now?"

"I was thinking The South Side Elite".

"What is that, a f***ing condom or something?"

"Ok well how about The Soul Catchers?"

"I like it", came @gestra's reply. After all, its a bout time someone let these Thug shmucks know that when they sign up to work for us they sign over their soul.

"Well then its agreed, now where can I find some booze around here to celebrate..."
