“Load up the boxes”

Mondays were normally shipment days. Every Sunday night Brody’s unit was assigned with handling the product. With speed and practice, distribution out of The Umbrella Corporation grew steadily. Transporting drugs in and out of New York became easier than working the average American office job. Brody went from sending Edge envelopes full of cash to storing totes full of it in an old warehouse miles away from headquarters. 

Organized crime came easy to Brody, having plenty of ancestors with leftover detailed journeys of their time spent in the mafia. He studied them from front to back. Unfortunately, no amount of studying could prepare him for what happened next. Heartbreakridge walked in the office and urgently asked to speak to Brody. 
 

“Bossman wants you immediately.” 
 

Heatbreakridge was one of Brody’s most trusted, and because so he told him to ready the transportation and let's move immediately.  Not knowing what the reasoning was, Brody anxiously rushed to Edge’s office. 
 

“Brody, have a seat, you too Heartbreakridge. The time has come. Distribution in Manhattan is growing. Our family is growing. And we appreciate your efforts in contributing to that. In order to continue in our direction of success, we must continue to grow.  With the hard work you’ve done we believe it is you that must help continue the growth.”
 

RomanRegins and JoJoStiletto were there as well. Five drinks were poured as Edge nudged Roman to wake up. Roman was trying to sober up from the night before and JoJo was trying her best to care for him but what Edge would announce shortly after certainly caused for another celebration. Roman started to smile so hard, it was like he wanted to blurt the announcement out himself. Edge smiled and raised his glass as he took a hard look at everyone in the room. 

“Because of your hard work Brody, I’d like you to become a captain here in Manhattan! Your dedication and loyalty to not only the district but the city is amongst the best. For that we’d like for you to continue that work with your own crew.”

 

Brody nearly spat half his drink out. He wasn’t much of a drinker anyway so the excitement did him a grand favor. Brody looked at Edge and Roman. Then looked at Heartbreakridge and JoJoStiletto. Then looked back at Edge and Roman. 

“This being an honor is an understatement. With your blessing and assuming the purpose for us specifically being called, I’d like to take Heartbreakridge and JoJo with me. I appreciate the faith you all have put into me. As much confidence as I have in myself, I know having these two will be vital for my continued success” 

After that there wasn’t much more to say. Edge knew he was making the right decision and Brody knew he had to do whatever needed of him to ensure New York’s success. Brody, Heartbreak and JoJo all exited their previous HQ and from there “Trey 7 Umbrella Elite” was born.

The obvious increased muscle around Manhattan leaving those of its citizens with the utmost tender of hearts wondering why. A new age has dawned on the fine section of the city. As the masses gather outside the new Headquarters to Manhattans new securing faction, Manhattans leader and Umbrella CEO Edge stands below the steps to the vast compound, the humble podium lay before as he steps up to speak. Not since the containment of the outbreak had such a smirk of brimming pride cast upon his face.

“Safety and Security... to which everyone in this fine city had untrusted to those at the helm. And today I ensure all citizens of the fine city that this is another resolve to achieve the promises we have given in the wake of the virus. It will be these fine men and women under Brody bearing the front lines to the harshness that shields...all the innocent from the Harshness.
