The streets were silent with shock. What was this déjà vu and wicked witchcraft that has befallen upon the streets of South Side Chicago. 

Screams of "the dead are walking among us" are heard everywhere as the mysterious yet somehow familiar named man walks through the streets. Head down and walking with intent through the streets of South Side panic sets in. Shops quickly pull their shutters down as women grab hold of their children and pull them tight. Some gangsters turn and walk towards this mysterious figure.

The man raises his head and opens his jacket, taking out his whiskey flask and takes a sip. Clearing his voice he turns to the gangsters approaching.

"Fear not fellow mafioso, yes your eyes do not deceive you. The greatest name in mafia history, not the second greatest copycat name God rest his soul, is setting up headquarters with the blessing of Grin-07 here in South Side." 

The crowd starts to gather and tries to work out what the hell is going on. 

"Once again can you feast your eyes on the beauty of the underscore name but know that I am the true King of the Underscores."

A voice from the back of the crowd yells out "Self-Proclaimed" 

Okay, okay, Self-Proclaimed King of the Underscores. My bloodline has worked these streets for generation upon generation and now given the chance to shine and lead and I will do the city of Chicago and South Side proud. 

Beckoning the crowd forward he takes the keys to the headquarters and opens the doors for the first time.
