Apologies if this is already featured but for the life of me I cannot find it.

I only really started using the personal notes feature (located on each player's profile) this account. It's a handy feature however feel if there was an area under Personals perhaps, of the notes you have made and linked to the respective player, it may be easier to navigate? 

You can see notes on the 'Edit Your Contacts' page. So you could add everyone you've added a note to to a "Notes" contact group or something and then look through them. 

I don't know if that fulfills what you need it to, but thought it might help.
