Any attempt to ask a user to place hits on someone else in an attempt to figure out if they have existing hits up will be terminated.  Any retaliatory actions against a user not placing a hit up, will result in termination.  Any upper structure involved, will result in removal of the HQ as well as your ability to be upper structure in any capacity for a set amount of time.
