How it works in Chicago is that when you've made your bones, you can have a say as far as I deem acceptable. When you're an associate, the standard of what is permitted is much lower because you haven't proved you're deserving of any flexibility. If I feel Kirsty needs disciplining, I'll do so. 

As to your offer, if you hadn't been in a coma for the past few weeks you would know that anyone in Chicago is free to leave before they are Made. They can go to your crew or anywhere else they choose. I'm nice like that.
