Tenkai was on the night of a blood moon, it is said that when there is a blood moon, demons of levels, and of all shapes and sizes will come out and kill in the name of their master. It is also said that demons of higher levels will get a human female pregnant, to gain more power of humans. But it is also said that the gods will come together and celebrate on how many demons they killed. That's all legend and hear say. What most didn't know was that Tenkai was of the gods, but most of the gods don't exactly know how he came to be or where he was from. He seems to go by many names Tenkai being one of them. 

All the records know was that he was the older than most gods. As the stories got bolder and bigger, he seemed to move throughout out time. 

He appeared one night, in the back of an alley, his clothes ripped. He looked nothing but skin and bones. He looked to be the age of ten, but if you looked closer, you could tell he was much older than he looked, at least in the eyes. As he sat near the garbage can, he looked down. 

He his eye sight was  messing up, from being kept in a basement, or a dungeon of some kind. As he lay on the garbage bags, he remembered how the owners of those dungeons and or basements beat him, because of his features or just to see how weak or strong he actually was. 

"Look at him, he looks like he is defying you." One evil man said.

After that, he was beaten until he passed out. But everytime he was beaten or kicked around like a dog, he never cried out in pain, he just kept his mouth quiet. 

He remembered the second person who he came across the most. He remembered his name was Archibald, alot of his friend or associates called him Archy. The man was ruthless, but kept Tenkai in the dark for the longest time. He remembered the smell of mold and cold wet damp environment. He could hear the sounds of water dripping from time to time. 

He remembered one night, sitting on the cold damn cement floor, his back to the cold stone wall. He had his eyes closed, meditating. Then suddenly, he was kicked awake.

"Wake up! Who said you could sleep!" The one henchman said.

Tenkai opened his eyes, feeling a bit defiant, he looked at the man, as the man grabbed him by the face, Tenkai spat on him. Then Archy's eldest son smacked the henchman on the back of the head. 

"Did I say that was necessary?" The son said.

"This is just standard procedure." The henchman said.

"Yeah you keep doing that, and he might not be able to concentrate at all, he might become a vegetable, would you like it if I did that to you just for standard procedure?" The son stated.

"No." The henchman said shaking his head.

"Get, go run and tell my father you chicken shit." He said as the man ran off.

"Tsk..don't go standing up for me, they might think I brainwashed you." Tenkai said, closing his eyes again.

"Yeah, like that's possible." The son said with sarcasm.

"Well, your father is that much in fear, although I can't think for the life of me, why he is trying to make me his dog." Tenkai said snorting.

"I'm sorry, I don't know what has gotten  into my father, but he never used to be like this until my mother died." The kid said, Tenkai opened his eyes.

"It doesn't matter..should go, your father will be here soon." Tenkai said as the son sighed and started to leave.

"Why do you stay if you can just easily leave?" The son asked.

"Mmm..because I don't feel like fighting my way put of here and I am not strong enough yet." Tenkai stated as the son nodded and left.

Then as he was coming out of that memory he was pulled into another of the same family.

He could head the screams of the new victims that Archy held there, from time to time Tenkai would toss and turn, trying to ignore it until he could be strong enough to fight back.

The one night Tenkai was half asleep, Archy came to his sell, Tenkai turned away from the man, as his cell was unlocked Archy had his men carry him to the area or the dungeon where he tortured people. As the men bound him up, he just looked up at Archy, and kept quiet until they left.

"Say, I know you speak, I heard you speaking to my son the other night." Archy said.

"Hahaha, so what? You think you are privileged?" He spoke sarcastically in a different voice other than his own, it sounded like his song.

Archy got up and punched him in the mouth, Tenkai spat out the blood. As Tenkai smirked, without humor.

"What's your name? I heard my son call you something, what was it?" Archy asked.

"Pfft, probably whatever name he could call me..what does matter to you, I'm just the next potential dog to you." Tenkai said laughing.

"Now that's more like it, you are a dog to me." Archy said, as he kicked Tenkai in the leg.

Tenkai just laughed, and shocked archy, then Archy got up and walked towards Tenkai and grabbed him by the chin. 

"Let's see how long you last." Archy said, as Tenkai gave him the look of boredom.

Then he grabbed a small knife and started cutting him up a little. His skin healed fast, Tenkai still didnt make a noise, he just closed his eyes and out of boredom and started to sleep. 

In all reality, Tenkai was becoming insane, from all the darkness, from the time he was born until now, he was always held in and out of captivity.

He never really had any freedom, he opened his eyes, seeing Archy wide eyed, Tenkai laughed loudly. His laugh echoing throughout the dungeon, almost like he was an evil ghost.  

"What the fuck man, you are a monster!" Archy yelled.

"Pfft, like you have any room to talk hypocrite, but I did tell you I was a whole nother kind of monster." He spoke softly but coldly. 

Then archy beat him until he passed out, and when he woke up, it was a couple months later. As usual Archy's son was at his cell, he kept quiet for a few minutes until the kid started undoing his bonds.

"What are you doing kid?" Tenkai said, as he tried to struggle.

"Hush, you are too weak to fight me, if I dont help you now, they will find away to kill you, and I can't let them kill you." Archy's son said.

"What makes you think this time is any different than any other time?" Tenkai asked.

"Because they were talking about bleeding you dry, idk if you have protect you against that right now." The kid said as Tenkai stopped fighting him.

"So how am I going to get out of here like this?" Tenkai asked.

"Let's just say we have twenty four hours to get out of here..and my father and his men are gone." The kid said, as Tenkai nodded.

Then as his bonds were released, the kid had his henchmen brought up stairs and cleaned up. Then he was properly dressed and taken away. As the day turned into night they had dropped him off near some cafe.

Coming out of it, he got up, as he got up it started to rain, his visTenkai doubled, and his earing sounded like it was being fucked up with. He had blood all over him, from killing a few men along the way, but suddenly he saw a man. 

"Hey kid, are you alright?" The man asked.

Tenkai didnt answer, he used the side of the building for support. He could hear a woman, her heels coming up behind him, he could feel her about to touch him, he grabbed her hand.

"Jesus kid, sir are you sure you want to help him?" A woman asked.

"Yes, I know he isn't normal, but we have no right to judge this kid, if we don't help him, and he dies..would you want that on your conscience?" The man asked.

"Dont ...dont worry about me..I will be ..I will be alright..you don't need to help me." Tenkai thought he said, but his tongue felt heavy and he started to fall forward as a man picked him up cradle style.

The next night, Tenkai woke up in a nice soft bed, and warm room. He realized he wasn't on a cold, wet, damp floor. He looked around, he could see an older man, looked to be in his early forties. He had a couple men standing behind him. So he was a rich leader of some kind, most likely dangerous. 

Tenkai closed his eyes again, too tired to care, suddenly his darkness came into his dreams becoming nightmares. He could hear the screaming of victims that was held and tortured. Tenkai broke out in a dead cold sweat, he could hear them screaming for his help, blaming him that he didnt save them. As he moved around, he didnt scream out, just like before, but he could feel something warm in his small hands. He woke up and sat straight up, breathing fast, his chest visibly moving up at and down. His eyes showing fear of his past that started to haunt him. 

"Sh sh sh, you are safe now...you aren't going to be harmed here." He heard a young mans voice.

He looked to see the man behind that voice, he looked to be in his late twenties. Tenkai put his legs off the side of the bed. He looked around and saw the room was actually huge. 

"This is the thompsons residence, the older man that you saw before you fell back asleep, he is the owner of this place. He has no family, so you would be the only one he keeps in the house." The man said as Tenkai raised an eyebrow  to that.

Tenkai didnt say anything, as he was given glass if water, "From now on, you will live here, and he will train you, we know that you are abnormal, so anything you have to do to survive...please don't hesitate to let us know..also you will be training, until you feel you are strong enough to train yourself in a different way." The man said as Tenkai watched the man who saved him, walk into the room.

"I'm Luis, may I have your name?" The man asked.

"Tenkai." Tenkai spoke softly.

"Whoa, so that's your name that you are using this time, may I ask, is there way of eating that you need to do from time to time?" Luis asked.

"I have to drink blood, from time to time." Tenkai said, feeling like the man knew of him.

"Good. Look just so you aren't confused, my family is part of the guardian bloodline for you, until you become a certain age to take care of yourself..I have been looking for you kid, I know you have been through alot of darkness and hard times but this place, I promise is safe." Luis said as Tenkai nodded.

"For some odd reason I believe you..I can't wait to learn of this century." Tenkai said, as he felt a woman started to comb his hear.

"Uhm, lady, I think you should be careful, he might be specific about who touched him." Luis said, as Tenkai had gently moved her hand away from him.

"Yes sir." The woman said as she left.

"Time to train for revenge..bathing in blood." Tenkai spoke without warmth.
