Violence on the streets and bodies in the gutter, citizens railing against the dark forces running their lives and at the cops and the politicians who facilitate it. Heat is increased on all the families and everyone feels the squeeze. The life of Lordian it isn't and everyone holds out their hand, waiting for it to be filled with a thick envelope, so that they continue to look the other way.

Moves like those made last night always come at a cost. Don harison was a man I had respect for, but never really knew. On a personal level, I had no issue with him at all but professionally, my contacts in Los Angeles had gone missing and I had no read on activities there. Communication was not great and the stepping down of the last remaining face I had shared more than a couple of sentences with indicated that the writing might be on the wall.

We have friends in New York, Seattle, Philly and Las Vegas, even Detroit. LA was alone as something of a mystery and that mandated a discussion among the other families in how to rectify this issue. It was declared safer to remove the United Nations outfit. 

We tried to isolate the gunfire to only those who had made their bones and would plausibly try to strike back in Don harison's name. My condolences to those who lost their lives and I hope their families can move on from this difficult time in the coming days and weeks.

Well I am sure, those Crew leaders would still have people/hittters who were loyal to them, all hitters need proers. 

I did say we tried, not that we were completely successful with this aim. It is a difficult balance to strike between hitting potential protectors and needless loss of life. The fact that a fair few associates have managed to walk away from this is testament to that attempt. 

Discussing the Ethics of any war or take down is near impossible. It's far too subjective and emotive. However the logistics, well, they are far easier to explain.

Like Grin has explained, we did try to save anyone under made. As general conceasors is that they are less harmful. However sometimes situations dictate that we have no choice. We unfortunately do not have the power of hiensight, we don't know who has a gun and who does not. An under made with no kills under Thier belt can assist and change the outcome of a war, as much as a person that can shoot through your 200bgs standing Infront of you.

The art of proing is as valuable as the art of killing. Some shots where missed. Meaning those with the potential to pro also had the potential to be killed. Such is the art of war.

I don't even know your linage, who shot you, or why. Like I don't. So there is no "funny" coincidence or anything of the sort. Maybe a bit of bad luck cone into play here. It's regretable, war always is. But this world envokes such action by proxy.  I suppose when you sign up to this world, you have to understand that this is a strong possibility, an invetible thing and just because you don't have a gun, does not mean you are exempt from them unwritten rules I'm afriad.

What it sounds like is an inflated sense of self-importance over an Earner 9 days into his career in the mob. Sometimes there is collateral damage. Al_Reem, while I respect the attempt to fly in with the usual clamouring about obfuscation, the explanation Grin has given is as no-frills as it gets. The several cities who took part in the takedown last night felt the relationship between Los Angeles and the rest of the families was too minimal to be taken on good faith. What you have mentioned about harison nearing a Godfather promotion obviously played a role in those discussions. It's not personal but this is a cruel business by nature. 

My condolences to the families of all who lost their lives yesterday. Don harison and his right-hand, DiegoCortez, were never anything but respectful in my encounters with them. May they rest in peace.

Listening from within the growing crowd, Ood nods along with the words spoken and utters of agreement by the respected mobsters in attendance. Do you come prepared with stock responses to what you predict to be stock speeches? The plain details of it are laid out for you without any flowering up and yet Reem is acting like he's been presented with the Da Vinci code - as if he has encountered Being and Time in three uncomplicated sentences that for some reason needed simplification - and Yyy is making a joke about a detail I clearly stated barely hours before, yelling loudly over the sound of the wind whistling between his ears. We should send you two into the care of Lordian in Europe, I'm sure he has the room to take on two wards at his country mansion and certainly the funds for the best private schools. God knows it's not a life of crime you need, it's a proper education.

Grin-07 is being completely honest here. He has stated he can't determine if someone who was about to turn Godfather was a threat or not and decided it was better to be safe than sorry. The Godfather boost to someone who had no real contact with upper structure like Grin can be very dangerous. IMHO, It was a smart, strategic move.

While I was hoping for great things from LA, alas it wasn't meant to be this time around. Hopefully we will get something great out of them when there are new auths.
