| On the crew page it lists the time until NPC is invade empty districts. This is based on the last time there was a recorded HQ there, since there are no HQs previously in the new districts, it is currently showing that there are impending NPC attacks. There will be no NPC attacks unless these districts remain 7 days unoccupied, so ignore the time it shows for now. | |
