I've seen Bookkeeper available as a lifetime perk being sold by other players and I gotta admit I'd like to get every lifetime perk possible eventually.

Couldn't find another thread about this and found no information regarding lifetime perks on the wiki so here's two quick questions for anyone who knows:

1. Is it for the lifetime of your account or just your current character?

2. What lifetime perks are there?

100 years is added to your remaining perk time it will carry over to your future names too.

Also, I have seen some go at 20 years as well. Regardless, you get quite the time if you're lucky to come across one.
