Skorpeon was new to these streets himself but he came from a long line of mafiosi. With that being said, he did not look for handouts, instead he wanted the opposite, he wanted to prove himself. He wanted to prove that he is a hard worker like his ancestors but also wanted to be set apart from them. Skorpeon was out to make his own name for himself and be great. He walked the streets alone, as he approached higher ranked mafiosi trying to see what the lay of the land was all about.

Skorpeon roamed the streets day in and day out while robbing little old women trying to build his bank roll so that he could get into the drug runnin' business. Again, he never wanted handouts, he wanted to start from the bottom and work his way up and into the trust of a family. Skorpeon loved hard work and never shied away from it.

Skorpeon had been walking around for hours stealing purses and breaking fellons out of jail every chance he could get. He had random folks approach him with their recruitment lines and some just fizzled out and some just ghosted and left with no word to be said more. A familiar face approached him, Scousepole, with some words of advice. Both Skorpeon and Scousepole's family lines go way way back to the olden days and have always been friends. Skorpeon decided that this was the right place to go to work for and to get protection from those trigger happy unsponsored gangster killers. Skorpeon shook Scousepole's hand and they walked over to the headquarters together while catching up on old times.
