If someone comes forward about someone breaking the rules or crossing the line, who later is attacked because of this - Each and every upper structure who knew about it, but did nothing to prevent it will be removed from the game and unable to ever retain any position in the upper structure in the future.  It is your moral obligation to be on the right side of things.  Protecting each other from being caught doing repugnant things or rule breaking will never work out in your favor.
