I don't think major changes would be needed.  Unsure of the coding implications though.

People with gambling issues would still be able to do their hustle

I don't think it would really affect anyone except those with gambling blocked

It already doesn't give you gambling tasks if your gambling has been blocked before the daily hustle comes out? Unless I'm wrong, but the last time I was wrong I completely blocked it out of my mind so I'd probably do the same thing with this one.
