We have massaged the requirements a bit for the Lounge Credits.  It will now lean a little heavier towards those who are more active on lounge than before.  We set the baseline rate to be around 60 credits per day to be given to those who are active on Lounge.  It will be recording its activity, and if sees an uptick in activity it will increase the amounts given out per day and slowly adjust towards the time frames of heavier activity based on historical data for activity.  (It should get a little better with time now)

If things go well with this, we will also be tying other Lounge benefits to be massaged by the same logic (RRIA notifications, Rogue, Roguette, and Eugors)
