Oldboy emerges from the dimly lit poker den he has been hiding away in for the last two weeks running satallites and organising for the GBOGH II $25mil tourney. Eyes squinting as he opens the door to the outside world and the light hits his face.

That's right ladies and gents.

After two weeks of satellite poker games we are finally here. All the cheap seats are gone! We have been running games every night for 100k -200k and have had some pretty intense matchups. 

Its been a lot of fun playing with you all (and I mean poker, although I'm sure EvilClown will say otherwise) but now its time for the main event. 

$25,000,000. Winner takes all, 22:00 tonight MR time. 

There is only one way to enter now if you haven't already booked your seat, and that's the straight up $1mil buy in. If you think you have what it takes to come out on top and scoop the prize then get you name down. This will be an epic game of poker and should be allot of fun too! 

If you are interested then please mail me or find me in #detpoker, here now I will explain a little on how things will go down up until the event starts.

• Table will be open for registration in aprox 20min from now, so you will have all day to register.
• Only the people already with a seat will be able to register right away,
• Anyone else will have to pay the $1mil buy in to me and then I will let you in.
• If you have a seat and cannot register then let me know, I will sort it.
• Once you are registered that's it, you in. Just show up 5min before the game is due to start.
• The game will start at 22:00 MR time tonight, on the dot! (If you haven't registerd by this time you will not be able to get in)

EvilClown, The Uphill Gardener,  Shedao, StillSmokin, Six, FiveFingerSORRYPunch, TomCollins, Myself, Enzyte, Palladino, and Naenia have all got there seats so far, dont be too late to get yours!

I a still selling a seat that I was going to give out to Stainless, but they went MIA and haven't contacted me or Oldboy so it's free range. $500,000 or best offer. Btw oldboy, I just gave a ticket to for a competition I ran in the outside world, I'll pm you who won when I announce it. (In about 3 hours)

By the way, I know we've talked about it extensively, but winner takes all is a bit nuts.

Also on a side note, remeber the winners Crew Leader will get $10mil on top of the $25mil for the winner.

I will be sleeping (hopefully not with the fishes.. sorry OldBoy) or else I would be there for sure.

Throws his finest bottle of alcohol in the cooler for the occasion

A small gaudily painted car with a oversized skunk tailed aerial screeches to a halt in front of the Detroit casino where today's event will be held. Already there is quite a crowd of news hounds outside setting up for the prime position in that rare chance to capture the crime families of this world together. At the sound of the screeching brakes and an exhaust backfire they turn to see several midgets clambering out of the car using the windows, doors and sunroof as their exit points. The journos suddenly drop what they are doing for they realise that this must be the Clown everyone has been talking about of late...

Sure enough after an impossible army of midgets has escaped from the car and formed a protective cordon, a spotlight beams down from the sky onto the car and a purple smoky haze oozes seemingly from the under carriage, the midgets all bend to one knee and produce what look like water pistols aiming them randomly at nothing in particular. A large Green wig suddenly emerges from the sun roof and with an audible pop POP! a garishly painted clowns head appears next.

The clown slowly and precisely folds himself out of his vehicle, dusting down his slacks he inclines his chin slightly upon which all the midgets start shouting and whooping like insane hyenas, some of the hacks take a step backwards not used to such a primal display, a sudden sense of dread emanates form the clown and then he smiles. A brown toothy nicotine stained grin adding to the twisted anddistorted image of the clowns painted face.

"Ladiess and Gentlemen" Years of having lead lined custard pies thrown at him by jealous inferior clowns have distended his jaw and he speaks with a pronounced lisp

"I have decccided that today I sshall offically introducce mysself by claiming thiss inssignificant prizze.

"When I win thiss cash I will be donating the entirety of it to my cashierss and punterss at my newly opened bookmakerss in Chicago.

"You win a bet placed there you win double the amount, thiss will not last forever.. however the person who placess the largest losing bet will also receive double the amount as if they had won.

The clown upturns his jaw again and the whooping and hollering from the army of midgets starts up, almost drowning out the clatter of camera shutters desperate to get the best photograph for their first edition tomorrow, he steps up to the door of the casino and with a final flourish and over whelming dash of panache he walks in shouting...

"Tell them the circusss has come to town!"

Trolley Snatcha walks out of the poker room, the bright street lights hurting his eyes. He says a lil word to the owner before pulling out a pack of straights and getting a ride home.

Great tournament Oldboy, you did your father proud. Great to see so many mafioso around the table and with spirits high.

gotta say though, i'm glad I wasnt drinking tonight - 3hours without a break, my bladder was close to bursting!

Oldboy, I just wanted to thank you for hosting such a wonderful tournament, even though I was unable to win anything, and EVEN though I was won of the first ones out, I had a great time! I look forward to future games in Detroit Poker.

Jin walks away, cursing himself for l00zing

EvilClown slams open the doors of the casino, bloodshot eyes glowing in the early hours of the morning a limp cigarette complimenting the scowl on his his face.

"All in on a striaght, $9k ALL IN CLOWN STYLE and she pulls 4 4s on the river!"

Never the best loser he spits and curses as he makes his way to his car, lashing out at photographers his earlier display of flashness dissipated into a aura of foul temper and fouler smelling body odour..

"At least the scouse bastard dropped just after me!" He shouts and gesticulates at the casino, kicking his car door several times it springs open a couple of unsuspecting midgets fall out onto the road.

"Get the fuck out of it you little bastards!" Clown aims a kick at one of the midgets, they scatter and look at him like lost children.

"I said GET!" The two midgets scatter as the clown starts the engine to his car and it PHUT! PHUT PHUT!s down the street away from the bright lights of the casino into the darkness....

Oldboy finally wakes up after passing out in the corner of the poker room:P

Well well, what can I say. Was a great game guys, lots of ups and downs, and turned out to be a real marathon (sorry I forgot to make breaks available :P) I think the clown wet himself on ore than one occasion, there was a definite odor coming from his direction.

Anyway, well done to Katarina for playing a great game and walking away with $25,000,000 in cold hard cash!...I'm sure she will also be in Godfather Romans good graces for a while now after netting him the $10,000,000 Leader side pot.

Again, was a great game, and keep your eyes pealed for Detroit's next poker tourney Go Big or Go Home III.

Naenia walks up behind Oldboy and pats him on the shoulder, waving off a few bodyguards to clean up the place.

I hope that everyone returns for the next Tourney, when it is announced. There may be some interesting twists and changes. For the moment though, congrats to Katarina on her hard fought win against the chip leader in the final three and winning it all.
