It is my understanding anyone with a weak gun can be told to shoot at anyone of the cool kids on the hitlist and it will be a win-win situation for the cool kids. One being they are pro'd and secondly the dollar amount of the hit drops. 

Make it so when the obvious is in effect it does not count for a pro and deduction in hit reward.

Of course the cool kids including my fathers own family will kill off a man of honor because they are paranoid. At least fix those hitlisted don't get a safety net!

Another issue with the hitlist is the fact some of the elite aka circle jerks had hits on them long before the recent death of a GF where it is proven Tyler had blood on his hands. This raises some questions but why waste my breath.
