"It appears that we are at one of those junctures that happens every so often in our society.  A group of leaders, unified around a common purpose, seem to be in charge.  And, as sure as night follows day, there are a group of people who would like to be leaders, but feel that ancient grudges are preventing them from doing so.

This, my friends, is destructive thinking.

All bloodlines can follow a path of redemption.

It is quite simple.  Let me tell you a story, about my own bloodline.  Once universally despised, a relative of mine returned to these shores, incognito, and set about "building a massive gun" as the parlance of our times has it.  Such was his firepower capacity, this relative of mine was noticed by one of the most prominent leaders around at that time.  My relative had been an outsider.  This CL invited him in.  My expert marksman relative served the CL well, and was awarded with a crew of his own, which grew into a city.  Now, is this story true?  Of course not, my bloodline contains zero expert marksmen, but it could be true, and that's the most important aspect.

To truly make up for ancestral misdemeanours, one should be fully prepared to lay down one's life for his crew or his city.  Never is this more true than in a time of war.  We are a bloody society, and blood grudges should be cleansed in blood.  Even the blood of the self, or of the bloodline.

Talk is cheap.  Actions, decisive, impactful actions, will change people's minds about a bloodline.

That's the only way.
