Within the streets of South Side Chicago, a weary and tired man approaches a dilapidated building that was once a candy shop. He looks it up from top to bottom the pan lights shining downwards into the man's eyes. He takes out the key he gained unlocking the door and entering. Old jars emptied from its last owner, pictures of candies and sodas scatter the wall. Mack gives out a sigh as he gives an enormous smile at his new headquarters. 

A few weeks have passed and now the storefront has been made anew. They have applied a fresh coat of paint to the building inside and out. They fill the once empty jars with candies of variety. An ice cream machine has been introduced to the shop with its newly remodeled soda machine being installed. This clean and seemingly peaceful place hides the sinister actions and plans that unravel upstairs. There Murder Inc runs their slice of the pie with the appointed five members of their crew. 

Foamy looks at the building formerly a haunt of the suspicious candy hander outers and smiles.

Yes Duggee, it certainly is good to see FatherMacklePenny with his own HQ and a nice bold suit, and it will certainly add something long since missing from the South Side of Chicago.

Duggee quickly runs out of sight and then returns, running in a tight circle the way some dogs do before standing up and producing a little fabric patch, like the kind the Scouts sew to their uniforms, which he hands to FatherMacklePenny.
