Anton (the Leader of the Streets) is unsurprisingly on the Streets.  Despite doing a lot already to foster Street, he decides now is the time to announce a new initiative...

"Friends, under my leadership, we are seeing active Streets once again.  However, I want to foster new speakers.  Therefore, I am going to use some of my massive wealth to support street speaking.

Recently, I was forced to murder Billy_Russo.  Billy spoke often on these Streets, and I sent him many millions of dollars.  I am looking for a new Billy_Russo.  Or, even better, Billy_Russo's.

This initiative will be named after Billy_Russo, and will be called:

THE TOMMYDONNELLY MEMORIAL STREET SPEAKING FOSTERING PROGRAMME
