We all know that mobsters also robbed banks.

My Thought is : Make it possible to rob a bank (Loaded with game money) not peoples.

Perhaps a 1 to 5 % chance of grabbing a few million / A fail could be faced with a longer jail sentence with no parole.

Maybe a once a day chance or a weekly thing. You could make it a Achievement also.

Chance of getting more or less could depend on your rank or you could base it on the amount the person is willing to try for.

In doing so it would give those in the game another way to make so good cash or spend some time in prison for the attempt.

How about "stealing the hit-list vault" you cant just take game money out of nowhere. The total amount of "game money" is what users have on hand. So to "steal game money" would be to steal money from people (which im not adverse too) but it wouldn't make sense to just steal "game money" for me that wouldn't really balance. 

So if we are stealing money out the game, that money has to be from somewhere; i.e. the user bases bank(s).

you could have a feature that would allow you to "break into banks" (bank being a users) or use the "hit list vault" and having a feature that you may be able to break into in steal a %. possibly only if your name is on it maybe?

The better think tanks of this world could maybe add more insight of risk vs reward for that feature...

I like this idea. To expand on it perhaps make it so it's a multiple city challenge EG You need 5 people from NY, 5 from PH etc, would be good to get people cooperating. To balance the potentially large cash gain lets have a decent limit on how many attempts PW & some serious jail time with no chance of a bust for failure. Perhaps even some heat for a success. All the local cops would be out looking for the guys who just had a big score.

The "Hit list vault" idea is a good one I could agree to that.

Also, your argument makes no sense... As with your logic of  not being fair to other players who wouldn't be able to do it; so people on the hitlist get shot at by Tyler and die. But only people on the list... So by your logic that's not fair is it....see where I'm going with it??
