Sitting in a bar Vincent_Vampier with his boss Wheeler. Drinking he looks around "You know the first time I killed someone. It was. Place like this" He took a drink of his whisky "it was a cold dark night I was laying behind a building freezing. When someone that was running away from something tripped over me falling down he dropped something amd yelled at me. He's coming he said. He told me to run. After he was gone I picked up whatever it was he dropped. Hoping it was some money. Anyway it was a letter I opened it. It was just a black hand print. I had no idea what it meant at the time. As I go back to my spot to lay down I seen a man standing on a roof top. I immediately got up and he wqs right on front of me as I got to my feet. As soon as I seen him i fall backwards. He asked me in a low deep voice. Have you ever took a life he said. I remember it clearly. I told him once but i would rather not talk about it. He pulled my up by my shirt. And told me whatever it is I want. It would be mine if I can kill someone for him. I stood there looking confused. Trying to hide the fear. He continued. That man who fall over you not long ago. He knows my face. My voice. It would not be very easy to kill him myself you see. If you cam do this for me. I can pay you a very good amount of money. By the looks of it you can use it. What do I have to do I asked. He said it would be simple and asked if I knew how to pour a drink. I nod and he said great! And handed me some small capsule. And told me follow him. So i did. We ended up not far from where I was planing on sleeping. A man came out through a back door. He was knocked out right after by the man. The tall man then told me take his clothes. I got dressed in the sleeping man's clothes they was a but tight as he was a smaller man. I asked the tall man. Why? Why do you meed him dead he simply said this. Something I would never forget. He said. It is the will of the dread mother. As soon as he said this I got chills. Not sure why but I was a little afraid. I told him it will be done still not understanding. He said put that capsule inside of a drink and make sure the man you seen drinks it. I went in the building to see the man sitting at the bar. Hey! He said. Where's the other guy? I told him he had something he had to do and that he asked me to take over. He told me get me a drink. I asked what he wanted he told me after the night he had anything. He said he was trying to forget. But also celebrating. Celebrating? I asked. He told me he did the impossible I asked him what that was. He said forget about it and get he a drink already. I then turned around to make him a drink. I sliped in that capsule I was given and mixed it a little then handed it to the man. He told me he was running from the dark Brotherhood. Taking a drink he said a very dangerous group of professional assassins. He drank some more. I'm honestly not sure why im telling you this but what the hell. I'm probably not gonna make it passed tomorrow anyway mine as well get it out. He said running his fingers through his hair. This man. One of there best is after me. I asked him why and he said I got them to do a job for me. Kill someone so that I can go up a noch on the latter of power. But my wife took all the money I had hidden away and ran away with a old friend of mine. He was actually next on my list. He laugh. Its funny how doing that. Without knowing they already killed me. You see that was all I had until until next week. And well the dark brotherhood don't do payment plans. I owe a lot of money you se- wait a minute I know you! Your that guy sleeping in that alley. I knew those clothes look familiar and a bit tight. Your working for them ain't you? He then pulls out a gun and falls over. I guess whatever I put in his drink kicked in. After that the man started to bleed from his eyes and ears I thought it better to leave. As I walk out the back. The tall man is standing there waiting for me. He said will done. I asked him how he knew I did it. He just said. We have eyes everywhere. The dread mother thanks you. He handed me a box I looked at it. As I looked up he was gone. I open the box and it was full of money. It was. Damn good night" Wheeler took a drink then looked at his glass and looked at me nervously I told him. "You never really know who your friends are... Do you" I waited little then started to laugh. He began to laugh with me. |
