Due to the good work of both FatherMacklePenny and Anton, they now have permission to expand their territories in the name of the Grin Gang. 

In order to achieve that, they will need larger operations to ensure the great and good of Chicago are kept firmly beneath our boot.

Both men are hereby authorised to expand their Headquarters as they see fit to accommodate the additional manpower needed for things to run smoothly.

We will also be looking to open the books to new members in the coming days and, as always, the 5 man operation remains a viable route for them to succeed. 

If you're interested in working in Chicago, my door is always open to those with ambitions of doing something worthwhile.

Having received a courier sent by Grin Mack reads over the note quickly. Having been instructed to meet in the square of Chicago he left post haste. Having arrived he listen's to Grin's announcement his happiness expands hearing the words come from his mouth.

Anton, despite the almost constant denigration from some of the more vocal corners of the country, I'm glad you have been recognised as a powerhouse both within the walls of Chicago, and outwith. May your reign continue unabated, and your true role as the leader of the streets similarly recognised by the masses. You're an inspiration, boss!
