Marston arrives looking weary from last night’s celebrations over in Las Vegas, he approaches the new leaders of Philadelphia and shakes their hands in turn.

“Congratulations Godfather Premeir, I wish you the best of luck with your new venture in this fine city. My family have on a couple of occasions worked alongside Grif’s, and know him to be a man of high calibre and potential, a very wise choice as Captain. This is a great day, and I look forward to seeing the future of Philadelphia unfold!”

Marston tips his hat, before heading home for some rest, after an eventful weekend.

Iestyn raises the alcohol he still had leftover from Gaius' celebration towards the new Godfather of Philadelphia.

Gaius had been sitting towards the back of the crowd for quite some time, listening intently as the new Philadelphia Godfather made his announcement. Stepping forward he pulled a cigarette from his pocket and pressed it to his lips, as the crowd parted to make room for the Don working his way towards his brother.

Rarely are lines so entertwined, or does trust and love run as deep as that of ours Godfather.

With the last word, a large smile raised to Gaius's face.

There are a million things I could say right now. Stories of ours, stories of old, stories from many generations but the simple fact is this. This is your time, make it count, and know that you will have me behind you every step of the way. Congratulations Godfather.

Pauly-D emerges from the buzzing crowd around him to speak up.

Congratulations Premeir! I look forward to being a part of what you're doing in Philadelphia. The best of luck to you, although I'm sure you will not need it!

I'm both Proud and Excited to see you finally get your shot at running your own city Godfather Premeir, as you say the road has been long and you've definitely shown not only Roman but myself and the rest of Chicago what you are capable of doing, you led Chicago as under boss well and I am sure Kimble will continue to do so.

It's great to see Grif get a chance at being one of your captains, I have all faith he will serve you well and do good for Philadelphia.

I will be sure to drop by from time to time for a drink and a catch up, and I will only be a phone call away if you need me, take care brother and do us all proud. (more so than we already are)

Congratulations again -Prem. Obtaining the rank of a Godfather is very challenging but you've done it.  Amazing things tend to follow your bloodline wherever you go.  Let's continue that by moving forward.  I'm extremely thankful for the opportunity you have given me and I am thrilled to help rebuild the city of Philadelphia with Dementor and I by your side.

Stepping out of the black Ford he had just left Romans speech at, Kimble and his entourage stepped onto the small plane bound for Philly.  Many things were on his mind as the engines kicked into full blast and the and the plane pulled away from the tarmac.  A heightend sense of responsibility filled him as the plane landed in Philly and they entered another armored car to carry them to Godfather -Premeir's new headquarters.  Pulling up to the building they walked among the crowd exchanging pleasentries with other mafiaoso after the new Godfather had finished speaking.

-Premeir, it is with a heavy heart that I watch you move your criminal enterprise to Philly.  The city has long sat vacant and is in much need of a strong leader such as yourself to bring it back to its height of glory.  You leave big shoes to be filled behind in Chicago, and a vow to do everything in my power to fill them and keep the same high standards.  I wish you nothing but the best my friend, you have hoenstly earned this chance.

It was a day of celebration, Nuked could almost smell it in the air. She smiled towards Premeir.

Congratulations Premeir!

She beamed. Nuked still had lots to do from the move, so she kept her thoughts short and sweet.

Philly will flourish under you as you create it your own, there is no doubt about that. You've earned this.

Durzo comes into Godfather Premeir's office after a busy few days. Premeir motioned for Durzo to sit and for his head of security to get one of Durzo's bodyguards a drink. The two huge men sat down on in some chairs to the side while the Godfather of Philly and his left hand began to talk

"Sorry I couldn't stay long when you announced your new family in Philly, there were still some lingering elements in these streets that refused to see things your way. I took a few heavy hitters and we had a little 'talk' with them. They wont be interfering in your business any more."

Premeir nodded slightly at the news, taking a bottle of whiskey out of his drawer, he filled 2 glasses and handed one to Durzo. Durzo took the glass and said with a grin.

"Here's to Philadelphia, they wont know what fucking hit them..."

Congrats Prem, a city i hold dear to my heart. I'm sure it will once more prosper and flourish under your reign. All the best.

Mrs-Doubtfires plane flys across philly and she looks out the window down at the city centre. She notices a huge crowd and some flashing lights. She hopes that she isn't late for the new event and as soon as the plane touches down she quickly jumps into the limo which is waiting for her and it speeds of to the event. As she arrives at the event she smiles. Premeir is just about to speak so she quickly stands on the top of the limo waiting for his speech.

After the speech she smiles and claps.

"Premeir, You have worked wonders for Chicago and to see you and Dementor move to Philly really does sadden me. However you surely deserve this and I have read in many journals that you've been apart of Chicago from the day it was set up. You surely do deserve it and I want to wish you all the best here in Philly. You both are fantastic and I am sure together you can make this city prospure once more. Philly is a fine city for its Drugs and the money we make here and without a doubt you'll continue to keep those dealers here as long as you get your cut."

She smiles for a second and takes a little breath.

"Oh, I am getting old now. Anyways.. I can't wait to see what you both have in store for us and just remember, you helped build Chicago and we shall never forget that. I am confident our paths will cross many more times in this world of ours in business and I am sure we'll do just fine. I look forward to seeing Philly grow into a fine city it once was again and I wish you the very best. Now.. I have to return home to do some stuff. Farewell and Congratulations!"

Mrs-Doubtfire jumps off the top of the limo and jumps inside. She then orders the driver to take her back to her plane and to take her home.

As late as he was Infamous made it possible to arrive to accompany his great leader admiring his hard work he took a bow as he approached the man, Taking his hand in congratulating him for his new position in Godfather, Infamous stopped the waiter close by to grab a hold of two drinks handing one to Premeir as he took a big gulp from the other then said "It's a great honor to work aside a person such as yourself, I'll never forget this moment in life you've given me a opportunity to a great life of ours."
