Well, it is obviously of no surprise that it came down to this. Grin-08 has finally accepted what he is. He is not a friend to the People, even his most loyal ones. He has cleared much of his supposed cabinet, and now it should be clearer that there is something much more sinister behind the scenes, a foreign subversive element from outside of his city that he holds his true allegiance to.

Due to this, I am preemptively accepting my place, on behalf of the People and not myself. It was a relatively easy campaign. My opponents made it very easy for me. Their attempts at domination made their positions and strategies clear: They are not here for you, the people, but rather here solely for themselves.

Now, having accepted my new role, I will keep this speech short and sweet, at least relative to my other long-winded monologues. I remind you all that there is still room to get out from under the manacles of Grin-08 and his oligarchy. Today should make it clear that no matter how loyal you are or how much you do in an attempt to benefit Grin-08, the same will not be done for you in return by him, and you will end up as sausage in the grinder as Meat. I am glad that Grin-08 has accepted me and my position, taking a knee. He went through many stages of accepting it as evidenced by the pins on his suit, but I am here to bring that to an end. There’s no need for any fancy speak. No special rhetoric.

You all will die in time to their master plan, unless you are part of his closest of cronies. Do not let yourself die sleeping or with your back turned. It is better to die facing and standing up against those that want to and will grind you to Burger. Strength is empowering. Be strong even against long odds. Be strong even against the carving knife. If you think you are special, you are more than likely not. The ones that are immune wouldn’t even have to think about it. They meet in special coffee shops, which you definitely are not in. Most crew leaders are placeholders that they use to fill the farm as cattle, nothing more. If their calves are active, they will be asked to let them become veal. Grin and his allies will sweettalk you. They will give you a sense of security, but this is not a secure world you are in. The butcher house is open for business, and it does not sleep.

Grin purged out Hush/Elodin simply because they refused to purge their own families.

Too tired of the same repeating cycle that ends up getting nowhere.

And get some new leader variety, about time that starts to happen.

Not sure if over 10 years of the same people leading is good for ones mental health.

Maybe start actually investing in those who work under you. Beef them up a bit, instead of hogging most of the money to yourself.

Teach people the ropes of leading a district or city for once if you really want some variety.

Otherwise, you'll never get any change, and the same people with the same regimes will always be in charge.

 LaughableLeadership is onto something but it will not happen. The leadership is laughable but far more of a disgrace to this thing of ours. I wish I could say otherwise. CL's purging and or allowing their hardworking/loyal family members be purged because some dickhead gave an automaton is weak. This is where leadership falls under being pathetic as well. Where is the protection for these innocents? The entire WS system is a joke. They got that covered when the laughablecrewleaders catch the WS.  

The Cl's are incredibly stupid if this is their style of business. It only goes to show they are only about themselves and not all of their family members. Thus driving business down. The Crewleaders you see now have not had an interest in taking time with all loyal members of their family. They need more information that they are not privy too (City laws) so they go on these tedious fishing expeditions  that are laughable. 

If a family member is above board in all aspects, they are trusted until given a reason otherwise.
