What is your idea?

H Chat becoming a "City HQ" chat rather than allowing only those sponsored by a crew/family that is set up in that city to be used for general city chat and communication including topics such as wars, rogues, and OCs.

City HQs have been suggested as a forum in the past. 

What does your idea entail?

Closing off access to "H Chat" to those not sponsored by crews in the specific city.

How can your idea be successfully implemented into the game as it stands?

Change the access permissions for the "H Chat".

What major changes would be needed to make your idea work?

None really.

What is the positive impact of your idea?

This change will allow cities to have one chat that they can use to communicate with their members without outside interference or peering eyes during wars, takedowns, rogues, OC's and other topics that are city-specific pertaining to the crews in that city.

What is the negative impact of your idea?

Trolls and peepers won't be able to see what we don't want them to see already.

How may your idea affect the rest of the userbase?

Trolls and peepers won't be able to access "H Chat" for their own entertainment or information gathering purposes and will encourage people to be more active in the city chat rather than having to create a new channel on IRC/Lounge. This will make it easier to have a "secure" place to come together as sponsored members of the city. "L Chat" can be for outsiders to interact with the city including those unsponsored from the specific city.
