As the driver turned right and started going down a street filled with worn down storage buildings and abandoned houses, a-true-soprano thought to himself, well this ain't to bad. Surely needs a little work, but heh, nothing I can't handle.

The car then stopped infront of a small shed. It had a new paddio installed in front, and what looked to be a new door. Aside from that, it was more or less a complete dump. 

"We're here," the driver said.

What the hell? Is THIS is? a-true-soprano thought to himself. He didn't express anything though, but opened the door and stepped out.

Looking at what seemed to be his brand new headquarters, he couldn't help but smile. God damn Curtis, setting me up in a place like this. 

As he walked on closer to the building, and approached the door, a crowd was starting to gather outside. They had obviously heard rumors, and came to see what was happening.

A-true-soprano turned to them, and started speaking.

"Dear people of Seattle, it's my pleasure to announce that I've today set up shop, right here in Waterfront!"

"My establishment will be a tight one, where only the worthy will be offered housing. Well, aside from a-fake-soprano that is, taking him with me was a part of the horse deal I had to make to get this oportunity."

"From this day on, let it be known that Waterfront is controlled by the organisation called Please Understand Rats Get Ended, or just P.U.R.G.E."

"This means, if you plan to join my organisation, you better be prepared to offer your complete alligence, loyalty, blood, sweat and tears. Because believe you me, I will make you cry."

"Question for you, is wether or not you have what it takes to become a P.U.R.G.E'r. That's all I had for now folks."

a-true-soprano turns around, opens his doors and goes to further inspect his new headquarters. 

I can vouch for what a-true-soprano says. He's simply not that bright.

Fortunately though, he's very good at enforcing loan collections and the such. In fact, once he's kicked someones head in a few times for not paying him back they aren't very bright anymore either.

I arrived to be greeted by a-true-soprano and KingLouis both out in the streets on the same day. I shake my head. My hallucinations must be getting worse.  

Tony had just arrived to Waterfront from Pioneer Square. The town looked torn down but the water views gave it all the potential it needed. There was a smell of salt water in the air. Fresh ocean breeze could be felt. Tony couldn’t feel more at home, on top of it he hated rats, both the sewer type or the big mouth kind! This place was perfect. He made his way to a-true-soprano, shook his hand and said:

Great things are coming here, I look forward to work here and grow this town.

Tony handed a-true-soprano and a-fake-soprano each a cigar, they each lit theirs up and the celebrations started.

a-fake-soprano was hearing the speech but the only thing that he was listening was his name. A pretty darn cool one that.

He couldn't help but say however:

"That's the best deal you've done, ever!"

Having said that he felt a bit more relieved and started with the congratulating part and all that.
