Over the next week I will be working on the ban list.  It will be made public, as well as two new options that users will see.

In extreme cases, users may be labeled as NUPs or PNGs.

NUP means they are forever ineligible to be upper structure, hold any position or title in any family.  If they do hold a position in a crew, and it is deemed reasonable that the person putting them into that position knows their identity to be one on the NUP list, they will lose their account and also be added to the NUP list.  The NUP list is for use once the person is no longer banned.  The default time for the NUP list is 5 years, depending on the severity.

PNG means Persona Non Grata.  If they are on list and anyone in upper structure, or any person that holds any position or title in any family speaks game matters, in any capacity, anywhere with these people, they will lose their account and also be added to the NUP list if it is deemed reasonable that the person knows their identity to be one on the PNG list.  The default time frame for PNG is 10 years, depending on the severity.
