To Upper structure and those who may be Upper structure at some point in the future:

The very core of this thing our is family, not friends.

Family.

When are we going to bring  the meaning of family back to this thing of ours?

The people would like to know if you are going to do promotions according to merit? Are you going to start using the the hard work  that us associates put in?

Are you going to discipline them for being dishonorable or breaking one of the laws of morality in this thing of ours ?

Or continue to discipline them for not knowing the right friend? 

Are you going to start using the the hard work  that us associates put in. as judgment of us and who we are?

Or are you going to continue to do these  according who knows who, your friendships ? 

If you are not going to  do this according our merit, then why should we continue to put in hared work and continue to be loyal? For a false promise.

The people would like to know if we are going to move forward in a way that is healthy for the whole community,healthy for the family unit. Or are we going to continue in this vicious cycle of  this societal destruction of family. 

I mean no offense in making this statement and asking these questions. My intention for doing this  comes from the humbleness of  heart in wanting to see a flourishing society, where family means something.

Well Vintage, we now have a perfect opportunity to start restoring the "family" values we all used to share right now. Thank you for putting up something like this.

Selena runs a good point. Not every crew leader is running on the orders of some hierarchy and those that are more or less shouldn't have that hierarchy anymore due to actions by the gods. It's about high time crews work with themselves and not on the influences or desires of others unless it applies to the total cause, especially if they are halfway across the country.

I'm just going to go ahead and say what' I've always thought is the right way to go about this matter.

There are plenty of people who do just one thing and think they have already gotten the requirements for getting their promos.

Promos, at least when I've had to do them haven't been something that come easy. It's always been a balance between activity, earnings, and how well you cope and deal with other members.

You might be doing 20mil earnings and robbing the whole town, shooting left and right but theres no real communication in place. That will just seem a bit suspicious. 

Same thing but with a forced interaction leaves room for doubt aswell. 

Basically you need to be doing your fair part in order to get somewhere. I've had people take the retire because of not getting the promo. One of my ancestors has had to go for months before even getting the promo and they'd keep their nose down and go about doing their thing.

Selena it seems you are all talk. Surely there are more than 3 people who deserve their button in your family. Rewarding involves promotions. Members (Made): 21 (3)

Please stop littering the streets with your nonsense.  If someone was to come say so-n-so was a good leader then a minute later same person was a bad leader, you would swap sides just to agree like your lineage has done more times than anyone can count.

The intention of my questioning is not to bash current leadership. 

It is so us associates can fine the leader that can translate words into deeds. 

Which something we have not seen in along while.

We the people want to see these words translated into deeds.  We are tired of the rhetoric, which  is what you have given us Selena  and a-fake-soprano. Rhetoric words that we the people have not seen translated into deeds for many generations now.

I need  to add though a -fake-soprano I happen to know  of people who put in hard work, in the streets, in the city coffee shops, within the city  to help and promote growth in the city , and this person was killed due to someone's orders from  another city said to. so please do not sit there with your rhetoric  and tell me of hard work begin rewarded.  

Hard work is only rewarded when you are on the list of vouched for people. if you are not on the list your hard work is not appreciated. THis has been proven time and time again
