I'm sitting here in probably the most beautiful scenery England has to offer. Friars Crag is simply breath-taking. The beauty and peace have made me reminisce of those I've lost, but not in a sad way So I thought we could all take a moment to remember and celebrate someone we've lost, raise a glass and salute This post is in Honour of Patti because I've thought of her a lot tonight but I'm going to celebrate someone else I miss terribly. I love having a little time to reflect of life, especially when you’re somewhere that really shows the beauty the world can offer. I have spent a good few years learning how to handle emotions, loss and grief and I don’t think I’ll ever get it right. But if I can’t see you now, yet I can see the stars, I know you’re watching over somewhere. I can dream of the places, remember your faces and hear the sound of your voice. & that’ll do for me. I don’t mind having a cry, because it’s not “goodbye”, it’s “I’ll see you again someday.” Raises a glass. |
