A rather unusual day for Caporeigme Sonny... Lately i had spent my last few weeks recruiting heavily for the Cobblers and helping fill up Don Sammy's bank account so he could finally get him some shoes! Well this time around i received word that SammyNoShoes and Zek required my utmost attention at our HQ in Ballard. I quickly had a wash, cleaned myself up and raced over to the HQ. My anxiety kicked in and thousands of thoughts rushed through my head. Shit, was this it? Had i finally fucked up for my last time? Was i short on cash in this week's money drop I'm sure i counted it correctly? Uh i just really needed a cigarette and a nice cold bottle of beer. A warm feeling came up inside Sonny as he thought about the beer and cigarettes. You know that feeling you get when you're about to eat some marvellous food! Or a couple of whores from the local bar he chuckled to himself, but no! He had business to attend too. Sonny finally arrived at the HQ with perfect timing much to his surprise he could see Don TonyAlacchi and Jono both sitting down at the table. Tony was the Don of Aficionado a family that resides on the Waterfront, Seattle. A close friend of Sammy and from my point of view it looks as if they were discussing something important. Head down i lit my cigarette and proceeded to walk over towards everyone, greeting each individual before i took my seat at the table. Don Sammy and Zek at one end of the table followed by Don Tony and Jono seated at the opposite end, well i sat in the middle looking towards Sammy with a confused facial expression. My instinct was to ask if i was in trouble but i knew better to hold my tongue and just listen. Nobody liked a loud mouth heh. 

Don Sammy: Well Sonny i have a job for you... I'm transferring you over to the Waterfront to serve as a temporary left hand for Tony and Jono. It would be ashamed to leave you too rot around doing nothing. Step up and fill this position and when the time is right we will discuss your future in Seattle. Sammy leans back into his chair, speaking with a very firm voice.

I was beyond overwhelmed with joy to hear this! All my hard work really paid off, as not even my father reached that position or anyone in my bloodline had before. Now was time for change. I knew it came with great responsibility and a fuck up on this level... Well let's just say it would only result in a bullet between my forehead and probably dumped in the Seattle sea but if i wanted to prove i was different to our case by case mafiaos now was my chance. The more i thought about it, the more anxious i became replacing that feeling of joy i had moments earlier. I procrastinated for a little bit before i realized and snapped out of it, i did a good job of hiding my emotions well we were in the meeting. 

 Don Tony: I have great faith in you Sonny as i was told by Sammy and Zek, you are a hard working man for his family and we could do with someone like you to help us out. Don Tony looked very pleased with himself as he spoke which kinda knocked the edge off for me.

Sonny clears his throat as he takes his time to speak and respond in the most respectful manner.

Caporeigme Sonny: I can't express my gratitude enough, many thanks to all four of you and heres to a better Seattle! Cross my heart and hope i burn in hell should i not live up to your guys expectations.
