To tip a detective or a seperate 'Private Investigator' To find out who stealth PP'd or shot at you, since it's very hard without a W/S, just a way to make it a little easier with like a 25% chance of success for 500k per use. |

Shortly, we will be including your info(vision) skill into math where stealth is used against you. Since info is a buildable skill, you will be able to have more control over the chances of someone stealthing you. I really think this will help balance things out without needing to add additional tips. |

Can I suggest a CL tip? With the new stealth system I suggest a requirement, a weekly/daily/monthly tip where the CL pays to keep a notification from the perm auth. This can be displayed through a spy/rat/"bodyguard" which they train themselves. So this tip will have relatively the same skill as the CL say 75% of their sight skill. |
