I did not repeat anything anyone else has said. In fact, I used my own words and thoughts to come up with my brilliant post. Being a "special person" (I am guessing this is in reference to those of us that have been around for years and not just months so have seen this before.) I have knowledge of the past attempts at gaining a laugh with this stunt and the effects it has had on some that were not very humorous..

The overuse of this link resulted in the page saying (P.S. - You are *NOT* dead) not to mention the whole making a dupe account thing I already mentioned.

I don't need to make myself look cool, I know I am cool. I can think independently of others and write a statement others can understand without re-reading two or three times. I am capable of putting my personal thoughts into text and posting them in a public forum for all to see and comment on. Just as you have done here with your "thought" of the humour to be found in that oh so outdated "trick the n00b into thinking they are dead" link.

Now, TaylorGang, please stop whining and tossing a strop in my inbox. It's not working in your favour.

When one posts in public one should be prepared for the reaction of others to the content of their replies or original threads. If you cannot take criticism then do not post.

Well Raven you know what they say about assuming things. I have been here "years" now too. The difference tween me and the "special" people is that I don't go out of my way in an OOC forum to try a denigrate topic starters and other posters, at least not first :)

It is disheartening that when some folks, old or new, post here, others come out to do nothing but pick fault. It's almost as if these special folks have a hard time separating their MR character from  the RL people coming to a OOC forum to "discuss" the GAME we play out of character. While your in game persona may be a real bad ass, this will rarely hold true in RL. So the best advice to follow is the old #DL intro that says if you dont have anything nice to say, shut the fuck up. I could follow this advice myself, but maybe I am special after all.

It's interesting, Benny. Other people, including myself, denigrated Taylor far more than Raven did. I, myself, said that it may well be the stupidest thing ever. I'd say that's far more an attack on the poster than saying it's been done before, many times, and is the reason they added the "P.S. You are not dead" disclaimer.

It almost seems as though.. you have some sort of personal vendetta against Raven for OOC reasons and want to come into a thread where she, in my mind rightfully, slapped down someone for being a moron and bitch at her.

This thread, that Taylor posted, is stupid. Calling stupid things stupid isn't a denigration. It's a statement of fact. If this is all the contribution to the community that someone can muster, I, for one, would simply rather they don't contribute at all.

And yes, I'm quite aware of "oh that's just Jer brown nosing her again, l to the o to the l" but the fact remains, you came in acting like a sanctimonious jerk, so no matter who you were passively aggressively sniping at I would defend them.
