I don't know if this has been said before if it has then I apologise. Critics are welcome though. :D

So basically I was wondering the other day of Sponsors should have a Right-Hand man. Sponsors are usually captains of smaller organisations working for the big boss. When there's no space in the main family people tend to either go to sposnors or vice-versa. My idea is to have a RHM for the sponsor, they don't necessarily need to have one they choose if they want to but it would just be pretty cool to have one.  Other than that epic reason I think that sponsors should have a RHM so much as though they trust them to be the person that keeps the younger associates in line when their quite bustThere's also a minimum requirement though before you can become a sponsors RHM, minimum wise guy. However, as soon as your a made-man thje RHM responsibility drops and then you can possibly become a sponsor. There's not really any pro's and cons to this. (I Think). People will definitely find a con to this as they always do, lol. But yh.. Just thought i'd bring out to you lot and see what you say. 

Anyways, thanks for listening i'll be happy to answer any questions that you come up with and i'll try to incorporate some of you lots ideas in to this. 

Most sponsors have one or two associates on average, i really don't think sponsors need a RHM to help look after a single member :/
