We are trying a little Outside experiment by removing all existing Outside threads temporarily, giving the userbase the ability to shape it from the start.  I believe we can do better than thoughtless posts about topics you don't care about by people you don't like in a forum you didn't read.  So let me see what kind of effort the average MR user can put forward, and what standards do the MR users allow from those around them.
