An another simple suggestion. Most voting sites allow each user to vote once every 12 hours. In-game, however, the + shows up randomly (after 12 hours elapsed since last vote, I suppose) -- and not all together. 

When I am voting, I like to do them all at once. That means that sometimes I avoid voting until there is a bunch out there. So, show all the voting sites at once, after the minimum required time elapses, without waiting any additional time.
