The time has come again for an announcement of advancement. Recently, our empty cities have begun to fill and today we will continue to build on that. I am proud to stand before everyone today and announce that Drexler will be departing the city of Chicago to fulfill the role of Godfather in Los Angeles.

Drexler has been with me in Chicago since the start of our reign. In that period of time I have seen tremendous growth from him as a leader in my city. Drexler has proven that he looks out for his family and city above his own personal gains time and again. That type of mindset will make him a successful fixture on the west coast for a long time to come.

Chicago has lost much with the departure of Premeir, Drexler, and Dementor, so the city will be giving opportunities to some of our hard workers that have earned the opportunity to take over their own crews. SexyBeast, SalvatoreMaranzano, and PhreakingPanda will become the newest additions to Chicago's stable of leaders. I am looking forward to what these guys can bring to the table, and I believe each of these individuals will serve my city with the same devotion as Drexler and Premeir once did.

Furthermore, over the next week or so, Kimble will be stepping down as Underboss to fulfill other obligations. He will be joining my family and enjoying a much earned break. Once this has happened, SpuffWaffle will assume control of the family he has been the Right Hand Man for all this time and take over Kimble's role as Underboss to Chicago.

My gratitude to Kimble's service as a Crewleader to Chicago cannot be overstated. Without his calm hand and loyalty to myself and the city, I do not believe we would have achieved all the success we have today. I look forward to this new chapter in the city's storied history, and congratulate everyone who has been recognized here tonight.

Drexler tips his hat and smiles

Godfather Roman, we will be departing soon but I really do not have the words to begin...we've had a rough ride building this empire of ours and I will always be at the end of a telephone if you should need me.

Aldo stepped forward in the crowd and approached Drexler and the others.

Congratulations to you all, and best of luck being crew leaders.

Aldo bowed his head in honor and backed up through the crowd, through an alley, to get into his Mercedes sedan and drive off towards his loft apartment.

Congratulations to you all. Drexler, I have come to know you in this city. I am going to miss your presence but look forward to visiting you in Los Angeles. Have a good run, as for the others, let's keep Chicago going toward the future like we have been.

Even though the new changes made her sad in a way, Simplicity was extremely happy to see those she loved earning the chance to shine, but she was also torn to see them go.

Hugging each and everyone of them and kissing them on the cheek she smiled.

"Well deserved to all of you, I will miss my close and dear friend, Kimble as my leader, but I know Spuff will do a great job in his place."

Feeling a small tear come from eye she wiped it away and held strong.

"I will miss Panda and Salvatore very much also. You guys were always good friends of mine."

"Drexler and SexyBeast will do great, I have spoke quite a few times with Drexler and he is a fine man. SexyBeast I know you will lead your family well and I wish everyone the best of luck."

BettyPage steps forward with a small smile of happiness on her face and sadness in her eyes

Godfather Roman, Kimble, and the rest of Chicago. It has been my honor and pleasure serving with you. I will cherish every moment, and thank you for the opportunity you have given Drexler. He has indeed worked hard for his family, and we pledge to support him 100% in the city of LA.

PhreakingPanda, my friend, I am very proud to see you chosen to step into the ranks of Chicago. You have some big shoes to fill, but you're a panda, and I doubt that's going to be very hard for you to do. I expect great things from you.

Salvatore & SexyBeast, I don't know either of you very well but we have passed in the coffeeshops. I wish you both the best and have no doubt in your ability to do wonderful things.

Congratulations to you all, this is wonderful news for Chicago, LA and this thing of ours as a whole.

I would love to say I knew all of you well, but I dont, hopefully that will change very soon though. I have no doubt all the new leaders mentioned are worthy of their chance, I especially know that is true for SpuffWaffle.

Special congrats to Drexler for making the step up to Godfather of LA, I wish you and your family well in Hollywood and will be sure to visit once that Casino is open!

Well needless to say im starting to feel like a broken record with congratulating everyone already but im okay with it!

Im glad to see some changes happening around here, really does keep things interesting not to mention opens up a new world to some of those more deserving individuals. Im more then confident that Romans decisions with the new auths in Chicago will work out great. Its good to see some new faces, and its also nice to see other leaders that have been grinding for so long to make Chicago what it is today get the chance to finally run there own cities. Its no walk in the park and takes a ton of time, so well deserved and the best of luck Drexler who will be taking over LA.

And well done Kimble you had one hell of a run bro, hope your break is great and you return to us re amped! As for Spuffwaffel I guess you got quite the shoes to fill now, but I think you have what it takes and will be just fine, we will be behind ya every step of the way. Well deserved and again well done Spuff.

It breaks my heart to see my beloved former boss step down as underboss, he has done a simply amazing job in Chicago and his shoes will be huge to fill. I understand his reasons but like many others, i will sorely miss him.

My dear SpuffWaffle, i remember back when i was a mere civilian runnign around the streets, it was you that persuaded me to jon Morningwood and it is a decision i have not once regretted. My success thus far is largely down to you. I know you will do a terrific job when you take on your new role.

Infamous arrives for the ally's shadows watching the crowd around he wonders what's going on till he noticed Godfather Roman speaking on his behalf of Chicago.

Aroused from the speech Infamous stood on a tree stub trying view more he saw couple great gentlemen being gifted a title many wish to achieve, Infamous whistles over the loud crowd as the speech finish Infamous made his way to his past team mates still honored to have worked with them He turned to them "Congratulations to all you men all the hard work you've put into Chicago not only the city but the families that live in it." Trying shake their hands but tears of joy started to struck him.

What exciting time in Chicago and Los Angeles! Congratulations to SexyBeast, Salvatore and Panda!

It is a shame Kimble is stepping down as a crewleader and the Underboss of Chicago. After working with him in the past here in New York I know what an asset he truly is. I am sure he will continue to contribute to the city in his new role. SpuffWaffle congratulations to you. I know you will do a wonderful job as the new Underboss of Chicago and I look forward to working with you in your new role.

I would offer my congratulations to Drexler here as well, but I believe he is partying down the street and I will bring my champagne down that way.

Mrs-Doubtfire hears the news that Roman is due to make a city wide announcement shortly that will surprise many. She knows that she can't miss this because it is of paramount importance for her to know what's going on with the city she holds some authority for. She sticks on her shoes and heads out of her office towards Roman's Head Quarters. She opens her car and sits inside, then starts up the engine and pulls away.

While she is driving down the streets of Chicago she notices many people in a rush to make it to this event so she speeds up a little to ensure she gets a good spot so she can hear Roman. Once there she turns off her ignition and steps out her car locking it behind her. She heads over to the front corner of the crowd and listens carefully.

After many minutes of Romans speech she is complete shock but also happy for her friends to be receiving their new families and she knows that it is for the best of Chicago to ensure it continues to grow and prosper into a fantastic city that it is. Once many people have said their piece including the Godfather of New York she steps up and shakes the hand of SexyBeast, SalvatoreMaranzano, and PhreakingPanda. She then walks over to SpuffWaffle and hugs him.

"Well.. where do I begin? I guess I could say Congratulations to everyone to shorten this but I am a woman and women like to chat so here goes! First off I would like to send my quick Congratulations to Drexler on taking over Los Angeles. That city is very close to my ancestors heart and for a leader like himself to take it over and build it up makes me extremely happy."

She pauses for one moment while the police wizz past the crowd doing their job and minding their business as they know not to mess with a crowd of Mafioso's. She then looks at SexyBeast, SalvatoreMaranzano, and PhreakingPanda.

"I want to Congratulate all three of you on taking captaincy in Chicago. I want to wish you the very best here and I know all 3 of you are very highly respected in our city and in our world and I know you all will make great leaders. I also look forward to working alongside you all in Chicago to make this city to continue to run and stay strong. Please do let me know if I can be of any assistance to any of you and I will do what I can."

She then looks over at SpuffWaffle and hugs him once more.

"Spuffy.. well what can I say. You're continuing to show your loyalty to this city and you've been here A LOT longer then I have but I can see that you hold Chicago very close to your heart, and for you to be taking the position of Underboss in the place of our great Kimble warms my heart even more. It's a tragic thing that Kimble is having to step down because of unforeseen circumstances but that happens in our world sadly and I want to wish him the very best and a speedy return!"

"I know you'll make a great Underboss and our bloodlines go very very far back and we have always got along and without a shadow of a doubt we will continue to and have many more great laughs together. Congratulations again my friend and once more, if I can help you in anyway shape or form myself and the Hybrids will do our very best!"

She shakes SexyBeast's, SalvatoreMaranzano's, and PhreakingPanda's hands and winks at Spuff. She then looks at Roman and smiles nodding her head in respect for her Godfather.

"Now I must make way to travel to Los Angeles to join in some celebrations for our Drexler. He is a close friend of mine and my bloodlines so I can't give this opportunity to show my happiness a miss. Farewell everyone and have a smashing day! Congratulations to all once again. Cheerio my dears."

With that said she quickly hops down the steps and heads towards her car. She unlocks the door and quickly speeds off towards the airport to travel to LA.
