One that made me laugh (it's also the only one I can think of off the top of my head) - the scene in Pulp Fiction immediately after Jules finished his Shepherd's monologue and he's talking to Marvin, shows in the background that there's bullet holes in the wall:

Then right after, for image 2, the dude pops out of the bathroom and fires that big ass revolver, misses all of his shots, they kill him, and when Jules looks behind him, notices the bullet holes fired from the revolver should have hit them both, which leads him to conclude it was divine intervention.

first one I noticed was just before he heads into the locker room, he's looking for his daughter. As he's in the hallway a girl behind him shows up with a red headband and the next shot she's walking towards him.

Second one is the bloody shirt. In the fight scene he has several problems with his shirt. After killing the third guy, his shirt has just a single spot of blood but the next scene where he's icing his hand, it's covered in blotches.

Here is the third set of 3 images annotated right about the 58 minute mark. Just before he throws the guy up on the closet his shirt actually changes from scene to scene. It one shot it's damp at the shoulders, then soaked all over his arms and back, and then bone dry again.

they also change how done up his shirt is just from walking through a door.
