War had settled across the country, families were broken and many were reborn from the ashes of the fallen. Johnny sat at a thick wooden board room table in the basement of the Mobster Mansion, his ice blue eyes calculating and reading the map and papers before him. Making the move to the loop wasn't hard, the hardest part was looking at their new turf and deciding how to maneuver money to certain locations for legitimate and illegitimate businesses. Tony stood next to the door of the room, his broad shoulders taking up most of the wall he was leaning against. "Hey uh...boss? Sorry to bother you but you want me to grab us a drink? You need anything?" Tony did, moving to the end of the table and propping himself up on both of his thick arms beside Johnny, who in turn gave an earnest nod. "That actually sounds perfect, Tony. Thanks...I'm down for anything." Johnny folded a couple of papers and put them in the inside pocket of his suit jacket. Grabbing a cigarette while he waited for Tony to return, he rose and stood up, making his way to the radio to turn it up a little. It was some hip swinging, toe tapping club jazz...perfect to add to the ambience of celebrating and chilling with his most trusted of Bodyguards. He sat back down and took a drag from the cigarette, grabbing the map and giving it one more look over.
Just as Tony came through the door, Johnny tapped out his cigarette and pulled a small wooden chest towards him. He opened it and pulled out one of the joints while Tony prepared two glasses. He pulled the top off of the crystal whiskey decanter, the ember liquid pouring into each glass in turn with a swirl. He hit each glass with a splash of Coke. "Here ya go, boss." Johnny passed him the now lit joint, a puff of smoke escaping his nostrils as he took the glass and sipped from it. "Ah? Don't mind if I do." Tony said, giving a nod of appreciation as he took a deep hit and let the smoke rest in his lungs. "So what are you thinking about, boss? You've been staring at that map there ever since you found out we were moving. Got big plans?" Johnny nodded, taking the joint back from Tony and hitting it. He put the joint back in Tony's hand before speaking, "Yeah...actually I have...I think I'm going to set up a club here in The Loop, something everyone can chill at. Here, I'm going to get a warehouse set up on Lake Michigan." Tony gave a booming laugh, shaking the whole table as he coughed up both lungs from laughing mid-hit. "Oh, yeah? Maybe get a drug den and we will be all set...eh, boss?" Johnny nodded and finished off his glass, "precisely, Tony. And with more money coming in...maybe I can finally be Made, just got to keep putting in the work where it's needed."
